This impressive hotel is built on a spacious 1,410,000sqm of land directly on a Blue Flag beach and behind 2 professional golf courses on Turkey's Mediterranean Coast. Awful Hotel, 3* at best

This is at best a 3* hotel, and that may be pushing it. Travelled with friends for a golf holiday, and extremely disappointed. This is never a delux, 5* hotel. We’ve stayed in Belek twice before, and had fantastic experiences at both hotels. The place is filthy, in need of extensive refurbishment, and staff need to be far more attentive. You can be waiting for drinks orders for over half an hour!! And then it’s likely to be wrong. Had to change rooms, as we were put in a disabled room with a wall of the hotel as a view. You have to join the Sueno what’s app chat on arrival, so as issues arise, you can message on the chat, and a bot will send a generic reply!! While playing the Dunes, all you could smell was something toxic, then you see a guy on a tractor unit, spreading chemicals all over the course, whilst wearing a mask!! Greens are unbelievably slow. Shame as both are pretty courses, with quirky holes. The pools were empty, being filled over the week we were there, everything is shabby and in need of some sort of repair, and a deep clean. Restaurant serves the same food every night, with no themes, or fresh cooking stations, just heat lamps covering meatballs and sauced meats. The spa is dirty, along with the indoor pool, and do not pay €20 for the VIP spa, as again it’s very dirty. Half the “included” options are no longer included, or currently not available, or under repair. Do yourself a favour, stay anywhere else!
