The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Deira on al Rigga Street. The hotel location is the best to move around but some other things are : People are okay but not that friendly to approach; lift flooring - needs to be repaired; Room : it gives a different smell, need to add room freshner or if having balcony, then open it; some lights doesn't work, curtains pins to be fixed; TV channels not working; first day 2 water bottles as complementary given but for remaining days - no water bottles, no tea/coffee/kettle, no short towel in the washroom; hot water is an issue; shower : no force when taking bath; one day there was no water - I had to complain to the reception; WiFi is an issue at times; some guests make a lot of noise and disturbs the others. Rest is fine.

I had a lot of fun in Dubai, but I did not spend the night there, but on the same night I returned, but it is very beautiful, with tall and tall buildings. I enjoyed the Eiffel Tower, and also the Dubai Mall sells excellent, high-precision and quality chocolate.

Worst hotel

It was a terrible hotel that the curtain in the room was broken and even with the good speed of the internet in Dubai, the internet was disconnected when I asked for a glass, they delivered it to me the next day. Overall, I do not recommend the hotel at all.

A terrible hotel stay experience

"Unfortunately, my stay at Sun and Sands Downtown Hotel Dubai was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and unorganized, but the biggest issue was the hotel’s club, which played loud jazz music until 4 AM. When I complained to the staff, they simply said, ‘It is what it is.’ Although I had prepaid for a 3-night stay, I decided to switch hotels because it was impossible to sleep or rest under these conditions. This level of service and disregard for guests' comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here."

This hotel not for stay . Only for night clubs guests

I suggest everyone don't go with family or anyone coz I suffer hole night,too much noise from night clubs, they have too many nights club,you can't sleep there, washroom was too dirty,bed 🛏️ was Broken ,bed sheets was smelling badly 🥶, tv from bhangarvala, ,. I visit too many hotels but this is one of the bad experience in this hotel. I suggest to everyone don't visit #sun and sands downtown hotel all rigga. Very bad experience 10 out of 0.0. # tripadvisor.com do something for your users.
