Worst Location 3.5 kms away from metro Useless staff had to ask for kettle and dental kit 4 times and they took 2 hours to send. Never had such broken washrooms and damaged furniture in any hotel Never recommend anyone to stay here as it was terrible stay in 1 day only

Change in the attitude

I have spent 5 months there couple of years before and the administration and staff were so friendly and cooperative, now the staff changed and they behaved no friendly at all , I asked to book single room the reception man give me price more than one of online app for hotels ,told him there is big difference so he told me to use the app , which i did , then when I asked for early check in he asked to pay extra charge ( which almost equal to one night , unfortunately the booking non refundable

I stayed a few days in this hotel, and it was absolutely great, the stuff was really kind all the time, the place is near of almost all Dubai , only a few km and you can go to everywhere you want, and I wanna send a big thanks to the stuff in the reception for their help and also a big thank you to the manager of the hotel Aiman W Hassan , incredible kindly and with a very good heart help me during my stay with a problem that I had with my health . definitely I recommend this place.

Pathetic worst experience in Dubai

The worst pathetic place you can ever stay in dubai.Suhail is very uproffesional shouts at me like a small kid after staying in their hotel.I dont know how he has survived in this place with his attitude.You never treat a guest that has stayed with you like thrash and you still need them for business

Not really sure to say such things but Honestly speaking I won't recommend for my friends 😔 So disappointed service and linens aren't clean as I expected and not good to stay with your family.But location is ok and budget friendly 🙏🙏 Hope to help my review on their improvement
