Extremely disappointing all inclusive experience

Unfortunately, our stay at Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel in Alanya was nothing like we expected based on the reviews and the hotel's advertised all-inclusive offering. We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long day of travelling and asked if there was anything available to eat. The reception staff seemed annoyed by the request and directed us to the restaurant, where we were given a cold stuffed tomato and some cheese. The food was stale, tasteless, and inedible. When we asked if there was anything else available, the receptionist laughed, shrugged his shoulders, and pointed at the clock. As two young women travelling alone, we were then forced to leave the hotel late at night to find food elsewhere. This was an uncomfortable experience and left us feeling unsafe. When we returned and explained this to reception, there was no sympathy or support offered. The room itself was also disappointing. There were visible cracks in the walls and areas of mould, which made the room feel poorly maintained and below the standard we expected. The food throughout our stay was consistently bland, often cold, and appeared to have been sitting out for long periods. Despite paying for an all-inclusive holiday, we regularly had to spend additional money on food and drinks outside the hotel because we found the options available at the hotel unacceptable. The drinks selection was very limited, with several alcoholic drinks stored in unlabelled bottles. Staff were often unwilling to accommodate simple requests and frequently came across as dismissive and unhelpful. One evening, after leaving part of a cocktail because we didn't enjoy it, a member of staff approached us and told us that if we ordered a cocktail, we should make sure we finished it. We found this rude and unprofessional. Another disappointing experience occurred when we asked reception for a bottle of water late at night. We were refused and directed to a water dispenser instead, despite there being bottled water available in a nearby storage room. To make matters worse, both of us became unwell during the first couple of days of the holiday after consuming food and drinks from the hotel. We also witnessed other guests returning seafood from the buffet due to concerns that it was undercooked. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor food quality, cleanliness issues, and dismissive attitude of staff significantly affected our holiday. We spent much of our trip feeling disappointed and frustrated rather than relaxed and welcomed. Based on our experience, we would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others looking for a quality all-inclusive holiday.

We stayed at this adults-only hotel Oba Sunprime C-Lounge, and everything fully lived up to our expectations – and more. The trip went perfectly from start to finish, and we felt in safe hands the whole way. The hotel appears beautiful, modern and well-maintained throughout. The room was lovely, the cleaning was top notch every single day, and the staff was friendly and service-minded. There were new sunbeds by the pool area and plenty of them, so there was never a problem finding a good spot to relax. The food was delicious and varied, and the selection of drinks was really good. Every day offered new taste experiences, and the quality was consistently high. Oba Sunprime C-Lounge is a fantastic adults-only hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We really felt that we got a lot of holiday for the money, and the stay was worth every penny. Many thanks to C Lounge for another successful holiday. When it comes to the best, we choose you. Thank you for 14 days in paradise – we will be happy to come back again, still after many visit always the best, Thanks.
