WARNING ! risk for Eathquake, cracks at columns!

WARNING ! I found this place not safe. The region is an Earthquake Zone. Even though the cosmetic facelift the building has severe Corrosion cracks at Load bearing columns. Detailed photos will be published. There is nothing related to luxury at this place a simple budget location. A Boss managed property making minor calculations and a nice old lady at front line has nothing to decide. We are making an official request for a test if the property is strong enough to bear an Earthquake? At least the people sign under will have the responsibility incase of a disaster. There are plenty of sad stories, We are making the proper warning in advance not to have another!

Great place with friendly staff

Amazing place to stay! Spacious rooms, clean, no smells. The staff is very friendly! Our flight was delayed for 50 mins and we arrived only at 1am and still we checked in with no problems. We had a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a compliment in the room which was really surprising. Also, the location is amazing - close to the center of the town, we rented a car and we had no problems parking. Anyway, if you are looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price - I recommend it! 10 out of 10.

Breathtaking sea views but can get noisy

The views from the sea view apartments are absolutely breathtaking and the very kindly provided welcome bottle of wine can be enjoyed on the fantastic little balcony. The apartment was also furnished in style and with everything one might need for a short or even a longer stay. A little noise will always be around as this shoreline can get pretty windy and rough but this can be a sooting sound also. However the apartment is also close to Rhodes city’s entertainment district so you might also get drunk tourists wondering home loudly or even into the apartment next door, however this takes nothing away frok the fact that this is a wonderful option to stay by the sea in Rhodes city.

AMAZING APARTMENT WITH STUNNING SEA VIEW

My name is Michael Felgate.. I stayed here during the Greek lockdown of November 2020. The owners were so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was spacious, spotless and had an incredible view over the Aegean Sea, Symi and the Turkish mainland. Lockdown did not matter as it meant spending plenty of time in this place. The Sunrise Luxury Apartments are located opposite the beach and just around the corner from Elli beach, the most popular in Rhodes Town. It is a short walk into the town where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways (vital during lockdown) All in all it was a pleasure to stay here and hope to do so again.
