Official Description

This full-service resort provides everything needed for a stress-free vacation. Best vacation in Cancun with our Sunset Marina Family ❤️

Everyone there was very friendly. We came back a second time to Sunset Marina after having a very good experience being treated like family. Very good customer, service and friendly bartenders, Mexico and Hector Tavares, and waiters, Jose, Hector, Gonzalo, and Yazmin. Special thanks to Mexico and Gonzalo for always checking on us to see if we need anything very friendly and lovely people.

Wonderful experience, staff knowledgeable and attentive, amenities in good shape, variety of food options, pools clean and well maintained, good selections of activities during the day and quiet at night. However, I had an issue with the bathroom and the staff was prompt to address the issue, well done!

Cancun in June

We were there the first week of June a family of 4 with 2 children. Since we arrived we felt welcomed by the entire staff. Special shout out to Hector for going above and beyond for our two boys. Gave great recommendations to local spots and things to see. Ruben was also very kind and attentive to our kids. Rooms cleaned every day and lots of activities at each hotel. Beach at Royal was spectacular, sunset admiral to isla mujeres also wonderful!

Honeymoon in paradise with extraordinary service!

Waking up every morning to the lagoon view felt like paradise! All the staff is very sweet and go above and beyond, they really made our experience in Cancun so amazing. Thank you so much Sunset marina staff,especially Rueben and max!! Superior staff made it a superior experience!
