Official Description

The charming beach hotel is strategically located in the heart of the hotel zone in Cancun. It is surrounded by the most famous nightclubs in the city as well as several restaurants and shops. The hotel is located just 25 km from Cancun International Airport. Renovated in 2011, the hotel has 204 well-equipped rooms as well as 4 restaurants and 3 bars offering gourmet food and imported drinks. The air-conditioned club resort welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. Further facilities include a children's playground, kids' club and a cafe. Each of the well-equipped guest rooms features an en suite bathroom and a private terrace or balcony. Lovely Intimated Hotel

Nice room, the beach is really beautiful depending on the season! The resort is really small and intimate lovely for a relaxing stay. This is not a party hotel, but the entertainment was nice, they would have really good singers in the lobby to entertain. The last call at the bar was at 11pm. Food is hit or miss you have to really try everything to know what is the best. But there is definitely some good options! Kevin from the entertainment team was super friendly, kind and fun! Kept us entertained with dancing, card games, and magic tricks! Emma was also lovely she helped us decorate cupcakes! Somethings I will change would be a colder AC in the room, softer pillows, more information for people that arrive to the hotel late at night. (This was us and we had no clue about any of the amenities or where things were located, we had to figure it out along the way).

My stay was good, a few things I would change like softer pillows and better AC. And lastly better communication on activities and resort info at check in. Besides that our room was nice and the hotel was small nice for families with little ones. The beach was the best one from all the chain resorts. Staff Kevin was great, he was very attentive and kept us busy with games and card magic show! Both him and Emma were great company! Waitress at the Mexican restaurant at nights were also super attentive and made sure we didn’t have to wait super long. Whenever there was a big wait they would let us know.

Family Fun and Relaxation at Sunset Royal

Our stay at Sunset Royal was an amazing experience! I travel with my family and the kids had an absolute blast at the kids' club, where they got creative with arts and crafts like making a piñata and painting portraits. It was so great to see them having so much fun and learning new things. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a stove and refrigerator, which made it easy to enjoy meals together when we didn’t feel like dining out. I also really enjoyed the different pool activities. The morning yoga sessions were a wonderful way to start each day, helping me unwind and feel refreshed. The entire resort truly offered something for everyone, and we left with great memories. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway!
