Sunstar Beach Hotel

We had such an amazing time . The hotel was nice ,i really liked the food and the music . The animation team made everything so much more fun. Special thanks to Ramazan and Özgur for their kindness and energy.

We stayed at Sun Star Beach Hotel, Antalya in August 2025 and our experience was very disappointing. Although we had booked a room for four people with a sea view, no suitable room was available when we arrived. We were first placed in a room for three, then moved to another room that also only fit three people, with a mattress placed on the floor for the fourth guest. The promised sea view was also missing. The restaurant was unsanitary, with flies over the food and cats under the tables. My daughter was sick for two days and my husband suffered food poisoning on the last night. When we asked for medical help, staff refused to assist us. Shockingly, they claimed that only Russian insurance was accepted, while European insurance was not, which created a sense of total discrimination and left us helpless in a foreign country. Staff were also rude and unhelpful, even when asked simple questions about the airport shuttle. In un a few words: the accommodation, hygiene, and service were unacceptable, and the way we were treated was discriminatory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was great, and the good mood of Özgür and Ramazan made everything even better, they truly made our holiday unforgettable.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had the worst time of my life. The reception/canteen are in a different building to where ur bedroom is.. a 5 min walk which is not convenient at all especially with kids! The room was dirty and was only cleaned every 2 days? The towels were smelly and also not enough towels. The canteen food was horrible and the same food were given everyday! On the day of our checkout we were still asleep and the staff walked into our room? I was so taken back by this where is my privacy? The lifts were soo slow. There was no wifi in the room as this is something u had to pay extra for? Pool was small and cramped. Would never go back here or recommend to anyone.
