This is a great hotel to stay at, somewhat older but well maintained, well cleaned, with super nice staff, who is always friendly and helpful and returning the smiles. The hotel is on the nice beach, however due to strong waves and current due to monsun period we were allowed to swimm in the sea only in a very narrow band limited by lifeguards. As this was a low season in Thailand and hotel was not fully occupied, there was evening entertainment only two times in evening during our stay (11 days). We were also missing a bit some music on the swimming pool/beach but fully understand this is a family hotel. Actually the only real drawback of this hotel is that we all got sick due to food poisoning as we had All inclusive package and were eating only in a hotel. We were a group of 7 people and we all went sick in a cascade with vomitting, very bad dhiarrea, fever, which lasted about two -three days. The pharmacist thold us is must have been a bacterial infection and gave us some medicine. However this disabled quite few of our planned excursions as we could never be a whole group (somebody was always sick). From what we heard there were other guest who got sick as well. And to all those looking for All inclusive, please note that this is not a typical All inclusive hotel where food would be served as buffet, but it is chosen as a la carte from the menus. After two weeks it can get a bit dull, choosing among the same menus, eventhough the restaurant and kitchen staff make great effort to accomodate all whishes and go above and beyond with meeting customer whishes. I would so better recommend only breakfast and not AI package.
