Positive: The resort in general excellent for families. There are many pools for kids and adults. I had enjoyed stay with good service Sleep quality is great and had comfortable beds All staff was helpful I stayed in suite and its space is fare enough for 2 adults and 2 children The beach is best thing for me and it was clean Negatives: No much places around the hotel ( restaurants and cafes) The smoke area small and not good and they have no smoking rooms The breakfast was good but needs more improvements.

Perfect family resort

This resort bends over backwards to make a fantastic family holiday experience. Multiple pools, kids activities, different styles of room, kids club , teen club, well appointed gym for the adults and a breakfast buffet to satisfy the fussiest of kids. The staff are excellent in their service and friendliness. Great location close to everything in Phuket.

Wonderful hotel, great location, excellent staff and service

My partner, daughter and father-in-law stoped here for 2 nights during our recent holiday to Phuket. I wished we has stayed here for longer. From the moment we checked in the staff were amazing, so helpful and just amazing. The staff upgraded my father-in-law’s room so he was next to ours for our stay. We had a pool access room and it was so thoughtful of the hotel staff to upgrade my FIL’s room so he was next to us. We also had some complimentary things left in our room on arrival, wine, Pringles, fruit basket - again such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Hotel is conveniently located near to bars and restaurants. We found love little bar off of a side street where we could play pool. The owner of this bar was so wonderful ❤️. The beach is amazing too! Would absolutely stay at this hotel again and will highly recommend this to anyone staying in Kamala for their holidays!
