Awesome view, hotel not the same

5 stars view stunning, hotel not the same. Room small., balconey small no chairs. The shower bath tube combination a disater. Impossible use good, dangerous slippy. Breakfast very limited selection for a stiff price. Many staff dont now why almost no people, and very slow resturant. Come back for d view

Pleasant stay but not good location

The hotel has a friendly vibe, staff polite, clean and tidy, rooms. Not the best options for food and food not hot enough once served. Beach not the best, quite rocky,stoney and very small. It’s also at the bottom of the hotel which is up a very steep hill. They do have little like golf buggy’s taking you up and down all day long which is good. Pools great always get a sunbed. Very poor location! A good hour away from any local shops or amenities .

Brief trip to Superlai

This hotel is well located for Ao Po grand marina - a short taxi ride away. Unfortunately the hotel is jaded and past its best. The rooms are old fashioned and the bathrooms are deteriorating, with mould on the silicone around the bath, and tired fixtures. Most rooms have balconies, but only a few had chairs. The Aircon works well in the rooms, but there are no lifts between floors, and all king rooms we were told are on the lower level, which is difficult with large bands. The common areas show signs of neglect, and the restaurant is basic and old fashioned. The staff however, are very nice and helpful - its a shame the rest of the resort isn’t to that standard.
