We spent 11 nights with our 3 children in May. On arrival we were upgraded to a swim up suite, we couldn’t believe our luck. It was amazing! Lots of space for the 5 of us! Here’s some of the reasons we’d return- Firstly the room, wow… spacious, clean and has everything you need. Thank you so much Susesi for the upgrade. It really did make our holiday. If you are thinking of booking, a swim up suite is a must —unfortunately when we’ve looked to rebook the swim up isn’t an option for us, my other half tried to speak to someone on reception when we checked out to find out why but I don’t think they understood what he meant. Sadly :( so if anyone can help us out please contact me. 4pm footy for the kids was a godsend, it helped our sons make friends and every day they couldn’t wait for the match. I loved watching them and they often played footy during the day too. They’ve come with so many medals. The food- amazing, I am a very fussy eater and always struggle to find things I like. Normally end up spending loads to eat outside of the hotel. At Susesi this was no problem, I’ve never eaten so well. The snack bars are table service too which is great. The pasta bar was lovely esp for the kids too as you could choose your ingredients. Special mentions to Murat and Yesim. Both so attentive, as you were finishing a drink they were ready to bring over another. Always smiling and happy to help! Honestly, they treated us to well and they both work so hard. The evening shows- always got a seat- and amazing. Sometimes abit loud, so if you have young kids take ear defenders. The pools- clean and no issues with sunbeds, we got one every day. The last day we even got the hammock ones. There’s a guy who comes round to give our water, beers and soft drinks too. “Mini bar control”- the mini bar man was brilliant, stocked us up every day and what a lovely man he is. Waterpark- soooo good for kids. My sons 8 (who’s the size of a 6 year old)and 11 went on by themselves. The beach- the little undercover play area for the kids is great. You can chill on the beach and let them play without burning. The a la carte- the food was that good in the main restaurant and the snack bars we only used it once. The Italian. Wow, food was beautiful and the staff were fabulous. The drinks- proper drinks, no watered down crap. Our kids loved the choc milkshakes too. Our kids had ice creams, waffles and churros daily. The main thing id to like to mention is how safe it felt. The resort really isn’t that big and we were so happy for our 8 and 11 year olds to go off and explore. It made life so easy for us with just the little one to look after. To summarise this hotel really is luxury, amazing food, staff and facilities. Really hope we are able to return. Thank you Susesi for the best stay. Your staff are a credit to you.

We had an amazing stay at the Susesi Luxury Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel right at home. The resort itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying activities. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. We loved the mix of local flavors and international dishes. A special thanks to Deniz, who works at the doctor’s office—he really helped us out when we were in a pinch. His knowledge and experience made all the difference. We’re truly grateful! Can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel and amenities, service can be a little slow at times! Would recommend though

Susesi resort is a very nice hotel with large pools, lots of bars and entertainment during the day and evening. The only downside I think this hotel needs to address would be the additional charges in the games room. I understand for some games but bowling and billiards I expect to be included with the hotel. This was a real shame, especially €10 for an hour of billiards. However, Nisa and the team were very understanding about this and waived our groups fees for some of the a la carte’s to help with the unexpected costs so the team have been great in helping from that side! Nisa and the team have also been very communicative on WhatsApp and sharing what shows and when things are taking place in the day. They were very good! Overall I would stay here again but I do think the service can be slow at times. Maybe need a few more staff to cover everyone! All the staff were friendly though! Food and drink selection was also worthy of 5*

I attended Bola Adeduro' s birthday in April. Susesi resort is an excellent and good customer orientated resort. It is very close to the market. The price is not bad. Their staff are very knowledgeable, experienced and efficient with customers. I will recommend this resort in million times to my family and friends again and again.
