Excellent resort and service for a family retreat

The family, 3 children and 2 adults, spent 6 days in the resort relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The accommodation was excellent, with a private garden, a big living room where we played quite a lot of games, a garden with a terrace, a private pool, tables and sun-beds and direct access to the beautiful bay and sea. In general, we were very satisfied with the service and food, and so were the kids!

Amazing Staff, Great Experience!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special mention goes to the amazing staff — Ekin, Sevval, Sana, Berkan and Ogulcan who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent service truly made a difference and made me feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back again!

Autumn stay with stunning views

A beautiful spacious hotel with stunning views and excellent facilities. The room was very modern and spacious and immaculately clean and the grounds very well kept. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The Malva fine dining restaurant is definitely recommended, and the ‘standard’ Ezi restaurant which we ate at most of the time was very good, in contrast, the Suyah pool restaurant, which we tried once, was very mediocre. We went half-board and noticed that some of the drinks were very expensive, e.g. a small bottle of beer being around £14 +service charge. The only other negative was that one of the nearby hotels (another Hilton) was quite noisy at times with loud music playing on a number of evenings and at times during the day - we probably noticed this more because of the location of out room looking towards that direction.

What a beautiful hotel. Pure luxury and peaceful. We loved the food and the hospitality was excellent. Particularly Burkan on reception was very attentive and helpful and upgraded us to a gorgeous sea view room. The staff made sure they were always on hand for anything we needed during our stay. Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one. We hope to come back in the future.
