I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Upon entering my room, I was surprised to find that there were no chairs or armchairs available for seating. While a chair was eventually provided after my request, I believe such basic furnishings should already be present in a guest room. In addition, the bathroom amenities were insufficient. There were no face towels or bath towels available—only a single hand towel, which was also quite stiff. Another concern was the handling of my reservation. Although my booking was for two guests, my friend decided not to stay overnight and only visited during the day. Despite my explanation, I was approached by security and told that my reservation was for two people. Later, hotel staff insisted on attaching bracelets to both of us at the pier. This was unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially considering I observed that many other guests were not wearing bracelets. Overall, my experience fell short of what I would expect from a five-star property in Bodrum. Compared to other hotels in the region, including Hilton and LXR, the standards did not align with international hospitality expectations. As someone who travels frequently and has stayed at numerous hotels worldwide, I must express my disappointment with this stay.
