Relaxing, beautiful, repeatable

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pool temp was perfect. The rooms comfy. Breakfast had a good variety and was plentiful, but served a little cold! Staff lovely and helpful. The people making up the room were hit and miss but the use of WhatsApp to 24hour reception with helpful staff meant everything was sorted quickly. This hotel is not in a tourist area so transport is required, the hotel offers free shuttles during the day. We hired a scooter to explore for restaurants for dinners. Our only negative part of the experience was a bunch of little kids running around screaming and playing at all hours of the day and night. Happily this was only for a couple of days. Recommend this hotel.

An amazing stay at Swan Paradise

The main swimming pool area was the best part for me. The room is beautiful. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. Whatever is your concern get addressed promptly. Please have toilet brushes in the bath rooms and chemicals to kill the smell od the toilet. Get the shower gel refilled now and then. Change the gowns especially if you can see they have been uses for long
