Exceptional hospitality

Highlights of all is the hospitality especially during breakfast. The staffs welcome everyone not only with greetings but also with PRAYS, Each one of them wish us having a wonderful day. I once was served by a nice lady named TINI with a papaya platter during breakfast, All I did was asking if the papaya bites would be refilled. She was occupied, yet not long afterwards she brought me the fruit. This hotel serves with heart. Raising every bar of hospitality even amongst five stars Four thumbs up. Will definitely come back. Insya Allah.

Unforgettable Experience at Swan Paradise – Perfect for Weddings & Family

We stayed at Swan Paradise with our whole family and also celebrated our wedding there, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, everything felt perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, reflecting the warmth of their culture. We had so many special requests, and every single one was handled with such ease and sincerity, always from the heart. Nothing was ever too much; everyone, from the organizers to the cleaning team, treated us with genuine kindness and made us feel completely at home. The location is stunning. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast surrounded by the sounds of birds and nature, with the most beautiful views all around, it felt magical. Our family loved every moment, and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. As for the wedding, it was organized flawlessly. We didn’t feel any stress at all because the team took care of absolutely everything with so much love and professionalism. A special thank you goes to Carina, who was incredible in coordinating everything, but honestly, every single staff member played a part in making it the most amazing experience of our lives. We are beyond grateful and would recommend Swan Paradise 100% to anyone looking for a place that combines beauty, kindness, and heartfelt service. It truly exceeded all our expectations. We will treasure these memories forever.

Hidden surprise!

I booked this hotel on the day I needed it, which is never normally a good plan! - still needs must occasionally. Just to make life interesting I also booked it though a travel company who due to poor internet, all I had was a screen that said ‘You are confirmed’ before the wifi crashed ( happens quite a bit out here no matter what they claim ! ) However it happened just before it sent me the conformation - which incidentally has still not arrived! Unsure if I was actually booked in I eventually got a very obliging receptionist at another hotel to phone and check. Amazingly they were expecting me so I set off. On route the roads were getting smaller and I was beginning to think this might be a mistake- from the second I arrived all the staff were right on it. Everything was fully prepared, even though I had only booked it 75 minutes before! I even had an upgrade which is always nice, the rooms were spotlessly clean, with lots of little touches you don’t always get - even in Bali. Evening meal was good with a varied choice, breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice, there possible could have been more choice for Westerners who don’t go in for a full fried breakfast, but for those who do as well as the Asian market, they were well catered for. The grounds were spacious, colourful, and beautifully well kept. The Swan Theme pops up all over the resort with clever use of sculptures, it is not small as you keep finding new bits. So I was only there for one night ( a shame on reflection ) So check out day comes and I opt for a 7 minute walk with my luggage to check out ( my choice -there was a golf cart and driver available) During my short work 4 different members of staff including carpenters and barmen offered my assistance with my luggage - I travel a lot - that does not happen often! It’s location might put people off, however that also have that covered with shuttle buses to a number of locations. Would I stay here again - yes !

We had the best time. The resort grounds are breath taking and very well maintained. The staff was superb. So ready to help and available literally 24x7. The spa services were awesome as well as the food.

The best place to relax

I think it is the best possible location for relax in Bali. Excellen service. I think it is on the level of the American hotels of the "golden 80s" era. The kitchen is absolutely the best. We spend there 10 days and every day we tried something different. And not a single time we were disappointed. Everything is absolutely the best level.
