8 nights stay, great hotel, friendly staff, shame about the food.

We stayed here for 8 nights. Rooms are very clean, hotels grounds are clean. Staff are very friendly! Only thing we have to complain about is the food was the same every night for 8 nights running. They dont do themed food nights like most AI. There's is alot to choose from but it does get very samey. Other than that we are very happy with our experience here. Also the day and evening entertainment is amazing!!!!

Amazing, however the start and the end disappointed

The hotel, its staff, facilities, almost everyt5is excellent. However I am quite angry for a couple of reasons. The first when we arrived in a taxi the female security guard was quite rude and loud, dland said your passports now, demanding to see our passports, oppose to a nice welcome and a friendly please may I see your passports. Once she saw our uk passport she looked a bit guilty of doing wrong. Not happy The second bit, I ordered a taxi to leave the resort, they dont take card, i uad no cash, so I ordered an user. The user turned up, and then the taxi rep at the front of the hotel said there are rules and he couldn't take us. The hotel cab then took us and accepted the card. Extremely unprofessional, more expensive than user and made the hotel look stupid for such a good hotel. For this reason only, I will choose a different hotel next year. Basically the taxi system seems like a scam. As I mentioned its a great resort but entering the place with the ride security guard and leaving is what has made me so disappointed in what could have been an amazing time with no glitches.
