The resort has exceeded our expectations in every way. Out very kind waiter Mazhar served us more food than we can handle, all so delicious! The hotel is lovely but it is really the staff that has made our trip. Food is amazing and unlimited, the sea was warm on the 30th of October, the rooms are modern and clean. What really surprised us was how good the shows were. We were not expecting to see so many talented people. I would so highly recommend for budget family holidays.

Really good hotel, plenty of things for our kids to enjoy, pools really good and plenty of sunbeds available, we personally enjoyed the pier as our children are old enough to go off on there own, plenty of bars and can eat whenever you want, out of the 7 days we had only 1 cloudy day then an amazing storm at tea time, rest of the time was blue skys and lots of sun, we stayed in a 2 bedroom room and although a little on the small size it didn’t cause an issue as we only slept in it, cleaners came every day and found if you tipped them they would fill the fridge up and maybe spend more time cleaning, food in all inclusive was pretty much what you would expect but can have something different most nights, drinks in bars excellent, bus straight outside hotel so easy to catch into town and as a recommendation go and see Carlos at river island, great guy and great quality clothes, had a great half term week and enjoyed the hotel

Brilliant hotel but spa was a disappointment... showers were filthy, flooded and no air conditioning. Left a bad taste after checking out and using spa facilities to shower. Otherwise no complaints.

A great hotel but one big issue!

Positives and negatives to our stay. The hotel has great facilities and entertainment. Lots of bars and options for eating. Great options for the kids - table tennis, pool, football, volley ball. There was a little children’s festival one night with loads of outdoor games suitable for mixed ages which was great. We were a family of four and our room on arrival only had a double bed, a single bed and a chaise lounge with no bedding. They quickly made up the chaise lounge by putting a sheet and duvet on it and it was ok for our 9 year old but not super comfortable and wouldn’t work if he was any older as was too small really. In October the weather was very mixed for the week we stayed. Overcast, heavy downpours of rain, thunderstorms as well as some periods of blue skies and sunshine. Main issue was my son came down with an upset tummy. I’m convinced it was food poisoning. In the main restaurant he had chicken kebab which I only saw after he had started eating was not cooked fully. The next day he was struck down with vomiting and tummy pains. Guest services were really unhelpful and rude on the first two occasions I spoke to them. The first lady I spoke to had very poor English so it was impossible to communicate. I absolutely don’t expect all staff to be able to speak English but I would have thought it essential to have at least one staff member available who does in guest services. They also seemed to have no care or concern for the fact my son was unwell. Only on the third occasion of speaking with them did a lovely lady help and organise late checkout of our room and seeing the onsite nurse. There was no acceptance it could have been an issue with the food and despite saying I wanted to make a formal complaint I have had absolutely no response from the management of the hotel to that. Whilst this is a beautiful hotel be careful to check food before eating!

Great Hotel stay with amazing beach, entertainment and things to do

The hotel is lovely and clean with many activities. The food is lovely, with lots of variety and there is always a place to eat. The entertainment is especially good with lots of acts and live music. There is plenty to do during your stay at the hotel, with pool games, football field and water polo. The beach is lovely and safe with an amazing Pier with a variety of drinks.
