Exceptional Hotel - Faultless Staff and Cleanliness along with an amazing Hotel 10/10

10/10 - This was our first family holiday in Turkey and the hotel was absolutely superb. We could not fault the hotel in any area, the cleanliness, entertainment, facilities, location, food, hotel setup and Staff were out of this world. We travelled with 3 children including 1 toddler at 16 months old and the whole experience at Swandor was nothing short of fantastic. From the transfer booked through the hotel to the champagne and Turkish Delight reception to exceptional entertainment through every day to the gym facilities, we genuinely cannot fault anything. 10/10! Thank you Swandor and the team! We will be back for sure! The Hyde Family!

Warning ladies , please don’t go

I am putting this review not at the hotel itself but the beauty/hair bar, I went in to get my nails done by the lady in there, the pictures posted outside of the looked good. Whilst getting my nails shaped she was very aggressive and ended up filling my nails so hard she cut me. No apology was made and she said I have sensitive skin. I also noticed that between people she didn’t clean or disinfect her tools. No new file or clippers she didn’t even wipe them down after. The price for what the nails are and the service is foul 80 euros for a “5 star service” doesn’t qualify for 1 star service.

Had an amazing help from Hediye (Derya rest) she was top of the line helping with food and drinks Like the rest of the stuff she was 10/10 with the service she provided. Come visit her she will always be with a smile on her face! Please be respectful with the crew all they want is for us to have the best time on our staying .. a thank you or a hello can make their days a better one. Thank you Swandor
