Excellent dining Experience

We had a wonderful experience at the Handan À La Carte Restaurant in Swandor Topkapi. The food was absolutely excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was beautifully prepared and served with great care. The restaurant is also very child-friendly, and they were helpful with dietary requirements, which made our visit even more comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. A special thank you to Jasmine, who served us superbly. She was professional, friendly, and attentive, making our dining experience even more special. Highly recommend this restaurant for families and anyone staying at Swandor Topkapi!

Excellent service at the Hanedan restaurant. Our Waitress Jasmine was exceptional. Food was amazing & presented with elegance. Lovely atmosphere & management superb. 5 stars all round

Beautiful Hotel on a grand scale

Having booked this hotel on recommendations from 2 couples that we met on a previous holiday we had high hopes and it didn't disappoint. The hotel itself sits on a very large complex and can accommodate very large amounts of people whether it be food from so many different eateries or entertainment from the many different venues on the complex. The food is of a very high standard with plenty of variety. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. That being said the whole hotel and grounds are immaculate. The jewels of this hotel are the staff though. They all work really hard and keep the place running smoothly. We could pick so many staff that stood out for us but in the restaurant there are 2 brothers Habip and Yusuf that really go above and beyond and always made sure we were tended to and looked after. They would chat to us on many occasions and really made us feel welcome. They are great assets to your staff. And then there is Bilal who works in the bars. He made us laugh from the first time we met him. He made us his special cocktail. We still don't know what was in it but it tasted so good. He has such a lively and friendly personality and works so hard. We used to call him Tom Cruise out of Cocktail. He is another great asset to the hotel. These 3 young men we will miss a lot. All in all this is a fantastic hotel and we've loved our time here. Well done to all.
