The Dubai trip of peace

On this trip we were served by Praju at Reception. She is extremely friendly, kind and she is always welcoming. She always had our comforts in her mind. She helped us retrieve a room with a magnificent view to help our stay to be as brilliant as it can be.

No one offers service like Taj!

We have stayed in multiple properties of Taj in india, example Taj Goa and Taj Falaknuma. International stay in Dubai exotica was our first and I must say that the hospitality is same across! With utmost warmth and pride they serve and welcome you. So proud to be an indian and how our Indian hotels like Taj has made a mark in the hospitality industry locally and internationally! Dubai in general (in my opinion is rude) however this trip to Taj made our family stay of 8 people so worthwhile, we all left with so many memories and happiness with which we got greeted by the staff and the smile they always have no matter what country you come from. Ratan tata make us proud with his Taj empire.

It was Pleasant stay at Taj Exotica, All staff were very friendly and help ful.' Room was specious and Good Housekeeping . We had Lunch and Dinner at Vark Restaurant -Mr Rishabh taken special care of us. Also Raj, Vivek Vyandra was very Polite and actively doing service. Sarthak at Front Desk was very supportive . Spa facilities was Wonderful-Prabhu and other Therapist as well. Come again

Hospitality at its Best

Vikas - the concierge was my connect from before checking in to the property. He took care to make our stay without any hurdles- connecting us to Ibrahim from Desert Cart @ the travel desk for excursions and activities to the dining options and also introduced us well to the property so that we could navigate and use it to the fullest. The buffet breakfast had lots of Indian options along with international cuisine. The Indian fine dining restaurant Varq served amazing Food to match our taste buds! We had a wonderful time at the property with top class hospitality and impeccable cleanliness. We are back with lots of happy memories - thank you so much for making our stay with Taj a smooth, happy & memorable one !

The best hotel for family holidays

My family have stayed at the hotel every year since it was opened. We like everything: rooms, service, facilities for kids (different play grouns, a gaming room, swimming pools) and adults (SPA Circle, rest and drinking lounge, paddle tennis court, volleyball ground, lots of restaurants, bars). All the Staff are very hospitable and kind, especially I would like to mention Diksha, she is an assistant at the rest and drinking lounge. She is amazing, very friendly, and always with kind smile. My family enjoy holidays at Taj Exotica Resort & SPA the Palm Dubai and hope we will. It's our best place to have a rest.
