Wonderful stay at Taj JLT - they will look after injured people very well.

As always, a wonderful stay at Taj JLT. I unfortunately injured my knee, and all the staff, especially Mr. Bouri, was very helpful and ensured that I received all the assistance and support needed. Always look out for Mr. Bouri whenever you reach Taj JLT. Strongly recommend to stay here. The new Shamiana is absolutely amazing. For Shamiana you should look out for Mr. Joseph, who will take brilliant care of all your needs. At Nonya, look out for Mr. Sumit. And at the reception, Mr. John will give you a wonderful welcome. The staff makes an already amazing hotel, much better.

Good Business Hotel in JLT Area

This was my 5th time staying at this property as I like Taj properties in general and this one in specific in Dubai as Dubai has other Taj properties also. Given I am a frequent traveller to this hotel, it implies that everything is a perfect 100%. The tariffs are very reasonable and they do a good job with the upgrades and other assistance you require. Monica at the front office and Farooq at the concierge are fantastic always and so are other staff members.

I'd arrived here (my second trip) in May'25 as part of what I thought was going to be a 7-8 day trip to Dubai. Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond my control, it ended up being a 45 day trip, which I split between this hotel and Taj Dubai. And because I didn't have any clarity on when my work would be over, I would extend my stay / make bookings for 3-4 days at a time The hotel itself is in a great location, just off the main road, a lovely tall building with a great rooftop pool + superb views of the golf course + access to the homely restaurants / walk in JLT. But what really sets it apart is the team, who were simply magnificent Monika, Abhinav, Reginah at the Front Desk, who coped heroically with all the uncertainty and changes Anthony is a superstar in the club lounge and now a friend. Even though I arrived at the hotel after half a year, he remembered my favourite tipple, the eggs the way I like them etc and on this trip bore with patience my constant requests for multiple iced lattes, different breakfast items and constant changes in what I wanted to drink. Abhishek (I hope I've got the names right) was great as well, enjoyed chatting with him as well The rooftop was frequented a fair bit, with Sumeet and Harinder taking excellent care, mixing up some interesting cocktails. Due to the heat I'd end up eating at Nonya though - the Pan Asian food is simply outstanding and the service impeccable The sports bar is quite a lively spot, lots of events, quizzes and is visited quite frequently by the community. Despite that, the manager (i temporarily forget his name), would always ensure I got one screen to be able to watch the cricket It really felt like home, thanks to everyone and I can't wait to return

As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with our son who were tired from the journey We got our room on time The lobby itself was beautifully designed, blending elegance with a welcoming charm. Spacious seating areas, calming décor, and a relaxed atmosphere helped us unwind after our travels. We immediately sensed that this was not just a place to stay, but a place where families like ours could truly feel comfortable and cared for. Shamiana restaurant team specially took great care of us. Special thanks to Keerthi restaurant manager.
