Exceptional Stay at Taj JLT

I had a wonderful stay at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Bouri, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. He was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed – truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms, great amenities, and a perfect location in JLT. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Trupti from the Food & Beverage team was extremely courteous, attentive, and made our dining experience truly memorable. Moksh from Housekeeping ensured our room was always clean and comfortable with a smile and great attention to detail. Their professionalism and warmth added so much value to our stay.
