Could be great but staff needs training

I’m a resident in Dubai but want to support the tourism that has suffered because of the war and will spend the next weeks in a hotel. I thought I give Taj JLT a try since it’s right next to my office. The hotel is nice and the room is good but I don’t understand why when a hotel is running at 5-10% occupancy, then don’t make an effort and upgrade you to a junior suite or so. If I’d be the manager, I would have allocated the best room I can when a local resident offered to stay here longer term. The lady even said she will “try to get me a good room” :-)… I told her politely that I doubt she will have struggles since I just come from the mandarin oriental (too far from my office but was very nice) which had only 5% occupancy! Anyway, I will check out tomorrow and find a more accommodating hotel.

I had a pleasant and relaxing 5 days stay in Taj jlt. The service is excellent and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The fitness center and rooftop pool are well maintained. The dubai views from the rooftop pool is spectacular . The room views are also scenic and facing the golf park and highway .

I had a wonderful stay at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, where the level of service and attention to detail truly reflects the renowned Taj hospitality. A special thank you to Monika, who is truly a jewel of the Taj team. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to assist made a lasting impression. I would also like to acknowledge Adhiraj at the Front Desk for his courteous and efficient service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout my stay. My appreciation also goes to Amrit Ji at the beautiful top-floor swimming pool, whose attentive and friendly nature added to the overall experience. Special recognition to Kishore from the Housekeeping team for his excellent attention to detail. The room was consistently maintained to a very high standard, reflecting the dedication of the housekeeping department. The team at Shamiana also deserves thanks for the excellent food and warm hospitality. Overall, what makes Taj JLT stand out is not only the elegant property but the exceptional people who deliver hospitality with sincerity and pride. I look forward to returning again.

I recently stayed at the Tah Lake and had such a wonderful experience that I just had to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A special shout‑out to Anshika, who made the check‑in process smooth, friendly, and welcoming. And an extra big thank you to Priyanka, who truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and that I enjoyed every moment. I unfortunately didn’t get all the names of the amazing team working in the dining area, but I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each one of them—including the cooks. Their kindness, warm smiles, and genuine care made every meal feel special. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable.
