We stayed for 4 nights. The room was a little dark and felt a bit damp but it had been raining and was very humid. To be fair to the hotel, when I mentioned it they offered to move us to another room, but we only had one more night so we didn't bother. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a jungle feel. Restaurant food is very good. The staff are the biggest asset, very friendly and helpful. We did an excursion with a hotel driver named Gusti who is a very nice man. Gusti took us to Batur volcano, rice terrace, waterfall, coffee plantation and several temples, where he explained everything very well. He also takes very good pictures. It's an experience i would recommend, thank you Gusti and thank you Alena hotel
