Good hotel but so crowded

If I want to rate the hotel’s services, I would give it 4 out of 5. However, unfortunately, a group of guests completely disrupted the peace of the hotel. After midnight, they were making video calls in the hallways and speaking very loudly, which woke us up. On two nights, around 2 AM, someone knocked on our door and ran away, which really frightened us. On the first night, I called the reception, but they did nothing. On the second night, after they knocked once, my husband waited behind the door. When they did it again, he opened the door immediately and caught the young Indian guy. After realizing he was caught, he kept apologizing, but our peace and comfort had already been completely disturbed.

Exceptional Service and a Great Stay at Ashlee Plaza Patong!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ashlee Plaza Patong Hotel during our visit to Phuket! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was truly the standout—every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local tips, or accommodating small requests, they did it all with a smile. A special thank you to the front desk team for being so attentive and professional! Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff kept it spotless throughout our stay. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing after a hot day exploring Patong. The location is very convenient, just a short tuk-tuk ride to the beach, Bangla Road, and the Jungceylon shopping center, but far enough to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. If you're looking for great value, comfort, and truly wonderful service, I highly recommend Ashlee Plaza Patong Hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

Terrible Management and Noisy Environment

I would avoid this hotel due to its poor management. Despite advertising a continental breakfast, they actually serve Indian food, along with poorly prepared eggs. Occasionally, you might find boiled eggs, but only if they happen to be available. Additionally, don’t expect towels during your stay, as they often run out and don’t have enough for all guests. The rooms usually have shared doors with neighboring rooms, and the other guests are often loud and inconsiderate, showing little respect for others’ comfort.
