A stylish boutique resort. It’s very quiet and well cared for. The service is excellent and well coordinated, including concierge, cleaning, transport and spa. Every meal, at breakfast lunch and dinner, was beautifully constructed. The crew in the kitchen really know what they’re doing 🌺

We spent 4 nights at The Balé. From the beginning, the service was immaculate. We were picked up from the airport and whisked into a couples' paradise. The hotel is beautiful, with tasteful decoration and sports massive luxurious villas. Each villa has a beautiful private pool, an incredibly confortable outdoor bed along with a luscious interior. Cleaning is done twice a day to the highest standards. One of us signed up for the cooking class which was fantastic: I am an experienced home cook but I still learned many new tricks and recipes. We also booked a massage, a body scrub, a facial and a jaccuzzi which were very relaxing. The massage oils were beautifully scented and the masseuses very talented. There is a beach 5 minutes walk away and they also provide entrance tickets for a chill beach club nearby. We had an amazing stay at The Balé!

The resort is so personalised and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Free transport around the local area. Use of a beach club. The rooms are beautiful with their own pools which are lush. All in all a wonderful place to stay and I can't wait to go back. Amazing!!!

Firstly, I want to thank the staff at the Bale resort for making us feel so welcome. The staff here are wonderful & their attention to customer service is exemplary. They genuinely go out of their way to offer their guests superior service. For example, they gave us a free & unexpected early check-in, they service the room at least twice daily & ensure it is done when you are out of the villa, they have an app where they respond to requests for service promptly & 24/7. One of their drivers even drove us to the airport at no charge!!! Nusa Dua is dedicated to tourism but is very close & accessible to the airport. The villas are adjacent to the St Regis & Mulia resorts with good access to all local amenities (& the resort driver will always take you anywhere in Nusa Dua as a service from the resort). The villas are adjacent to a busy road but there is always a security officer to escort you across the pedestrian crossing. There is a pleasant beach a short walk from the resort. The resort itself is quiet & well appointed. The villas are & offer a high standard of accomodation with their own private pools. The spa is to be recommended for what I think are some of the best massages on the island (so relaxing). The restaurant offers a reasonable standard of catering if you want to eat in. The resort is now 25 years old & consequently some aspects (e.g. the gym) are a little dated. HOWEVER this is more than made up by the quality of service & the welcome you receive from the staff. We really enjoyed our time here & hope to stay here or in one of the other Lifestyle resorts properties in the future. Thankyou to the Bale staff for giving us a much needed & rejuvenating break 🙏

This is a really beautiful hotel. We booked an amazing villa with infinity pool and I couldn't recommend it enough, it was completely private too and so relaxing, we didnt want to leave our room! The staff were really helpful and the food in both restaurants was very good. If you want to venture out they offer free transport within Nusa Dua and there are lots of other good places to eat all close by. There are 2 options if you want to go to the beach, the beach club which I thought we could just hang out in but you do have to pay to sit in the restaurant or use a sunbed. Then there's the public beach, which I wish we had tried to go to as I think there were a few more places to eat to explore. There is quite a lot of road noise so I would advise booking a room a bit higher up the hill.
