Wonderful trip to the Betsy

Our trip to the Betsy was wonderful! We stayed for three days and enjoyed wonderful views of the ocean and great cocktails. Our server, Joanny, was wonderful and was very attentive to us when dining outside! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing overall. The most special thing about the hotel is all the wonderful artwork. I love that I can scan and find more info. We love the white noise machine in our room. We love the roof pool and the am yoga. The b-bar and the Carlton are stunning. And the art deco is so great. Overall it maintains a Feng shui vibe and I just love that! The staff is kind, courteous, and very attentive.

Honeymoon of Our Dreams

My now husband and I booked The Betsy originally purely for the beach access and pools, but we got so much more out of it than that! We stayed 5 days, and every day was perfect. From the rooftop pool where the bartender Gustavo treated us like royalty (he was also just the sweetest person) to Carmen at the hotel lobby bar who gave me all the popcorn I could eat (I also showed her our wedding pictures hehe) to our insanely delicous big honeymoon dinner at LT Steakhouse with our server Oscar (who shared the cutest stories about him and his wife.) We felt surrounded by love and joy the entire time. All of the staff mentioned how much they valued and loved The Betsy, and you could tell they meant it from the bottom of their hearts, which just made us even happier with our honeymoon choice. The building itself was amazing. We had no idea we were staying in the Art Deco District, and we felt like old Hollywood movie stars every time we stepped into the lobby! I was also obsessed with the branding all throughout the hotel, Betsy and Rosa are the cutest CEOs, and you can tell how loved they are (even though we didn't get to meet them!) Seriously cannot recommend The Betsy more and are excitedly looking forward to our next stay there!

We had an absolutely incredible stay here! The service was exceptional. The rooms were so clean, the staff attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was so fun! We loved the bartender up by the pool, he remembered us by name and made me a special drink to celebrate my birthday. Our waitress each morning at breakfast, Cecilia was delightful. The location is beautiful, directly across from the beach and close to fun restaurants and bars. Thank you to everyone at the staff!
