Kept $2500 after admitting fault

Such an awful experience. My parents arrived to a very noisy and very small room. It was right next to the bar. They complained and moved, but still very noisy. The pool and rooms are also very small and not reflected well on their website. They had to find a new hotel for their 7 nights. The hotel admitted it was noisy but refused to refund 7 nights costs. They kept $2500 and booked the room out again. I would highly advised staying at this hotel.

Paid for deluxe sea view, got a view of the strip and a pile of rubbish! The worst part was getting into bed at 11pm after 24 hours of travelling to have workmen start drilling works until 4am right next to the hotel. We had 3 hours sleep, checked out even though we paid for 9 nights and found a far superior place to stay. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Hotel a couple of minutes walk from bangla rd , restaurants and sea, roof top pool is brilliant so is bangbang who looks after bar. Reception always smiling and very helpful big thanks to night porter who helped parked my friends scooter .will hopefully return one day
