Disappointing property to be associated with the “Hilton” brand.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Condado Plaza Hotel. As a Hilton Honors member for over five years, I have consistently chosen Hilton properties for their quality, service, and overall guest experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards I have come to expect. From the moment I arrived, I encountered multiple issues that detracted from my stay. The bathroom had mold, the curtains in the room were dirty. Despite my efforts to raise these concerns during my stay, I did not receive adequate support or resolution. This level of service was not only disappointing but also far below what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary improvements to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience. Enjoyed my stay great service and great people! The views are everything the pools. The property was very clean . I love how I was treated as well my wife . It was everything I imagined and more . I honestly can’t wait to plan my next trip. I have told my family and friends about how I enjoyed myself!

Very comfortable accommodations, excellent location, kind staff. I was here for work but managed to squeeze in a little pleasure at the pool and beach. I think the Condado Plaza would be a good choice for families with young children because its small beach is protected and the two pools include a fountain and a slide (and also a swim-up bar). The second pool is a salt-water pool.

I love it. Nice atmosphere, great vibes, great area. The check in process was easy and quick. The local restaurants are great. The drinks are good, the pool and condado views are lovely . I would highly recommend. I know i will be back later this year to visit and im most definitely coming back here.

Condado is a fun area and a great hotel! Staff, especially Kimberly, made the experience a good one. We would come back again. Nice beach and pool. Concierge and bellman also very helpful. Puerto Rico is a very special country and Condado does a great job honoring the traditions.
