My daughter and I stayed at this glorious hotel on June 19, 2025. The hotel looks absolutely stunning after its total renovation. The attention to detail in all areas is truly impressive - everything looks so beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and I loved the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism of all hotel staff with whom we interacted. The pool area is lovely, and the food and drinks we had from their pool bar was excellent. But, wait! There’s more! They also have a gorgeous spa where I received the best massage I have ever had. My masseuse, Pilar, gave me a Swedish message that truly exceeded my expectations. We spent a few minutes before my massage discussing what I exactly wanted, and she delivered flawlessly. I can’t wait until I have my next one with her!

Luxury Price, Inconsistent Experience

Beautiful property with great potential, but a few issues during our stay. When we arrived, parts of the property were experiencing a power outage, which impacted the elevators and check-in systems. I wasn’t able to switch the card on my account due to the computers being down. We planned to sleep in on our first morning, but were woken up by loud drilling in a nearby room. When I contacted customer service via text, I was told there was no drilling happening—which felt dismissive, as both I and two family members clearly heard it. I requested complimentary valet parking for the inconvenience, and they offered one day comped, which I accepted just to avoid further back-and-forth and focus on relaxing. Later, we returned to our room and found that the housekeeper had used my phone charger and left her own phone behind. I understand accidents happen, but it was surprising for a hotel in this price range. Overall, I think the hotel will improve with time, and perhaps some of these issues were part of early growing pains. We stayed at an intro rate, so in that sense we got what we paid for—but I was definitely expecting a smoother experience.

Had an incredible time practicing yoga with Monalisa (Finesse Experience) on the rooftop overlooking the ocean. Truly had a very peaceful morning that reminded me how powerful it is to slow down, breathe deeply, and be fully present in the moment.
