Terrible experience. We booked 4 rooms, and 2 of them were missing basic bathroom essentials no towels. I had to call the receptionist at midnight just to get them. The next morning, instead of apologizing, the staff accused us of stealing the towels. We spent 45 minutes arguing with the managers over something completely ridiculous. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

We booked grand Kandyan for one of our Meetings at Kandy along with 1 over night Stay. I must say that the Hotel looks fantastic. Great Hospitality. They always take the extra step to make sure that the guests are kept comfortable and happy. Food is excellent. lot of variety. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Overall 10/10 experience. Its the place to stay if you are looking for a hotel in Kandy City.

Needs to work on the basics

Very opulent hotel looks good unfortunately room did not meet the look. Half the power points seemed to be not working couldn't charge anything. No hand towels or face clothes need to get the basics right.. Paired with a bad experience at restaurant (reviewed separately) I would find it hard to recommend. Fortunately we only stayed there one night as part of a tour.
