Arrived back yesterday. The hotel grounds are lovely, staff are wonderful and are extremely helpful…….. Now the review. Two weeks ago I damaged my knee and my mobility was not good, arriving to find that the room we had booked had approx 25 steps to access the room, no lift no handrail. After explaining to them we were put in a room in main building for one night until they moved us the next morning. The room we were moved to was in the main building, whirlpool and sea view. Shower left a lot to be desired only a small shower screen so you were flooded with water. Thereafter used the hand spray. A few maintenance issues in the room along with the rest of the hotel. Food - cold plates, cold food very repetitive, chicken we couldn’t cut, chicken wings were like rubber. Hubby complained and we were allowed to use the Al’La carte restaurants. No complaints there food hot and enjoyable. People feeding cats in the buffet restaurant in my opinion should not be allowed. Entertainment was hit and miss. Overall this is not a 5star hotel. What gives it the rating must be the al la carte restaurants, certainly not the buffet. In my option this is more like a 3 star. Would I go again, NO

We recently stayed for a week . We booked a deluxe room with garden view. This was room 229 with a view facing the road and above the reception entrance. We could also see the sea and towards Rhodes Town. The noise was minimal with the patio doors closed. So we found this was a fairly quiet room. The room was large with a separate shower and toilet room. There was a large wardrobe and adequate drawer space. Our room had a nespresso coffee machine and a well stocked fridge. This could be replenished daily as well as plenty of bottled water. Restaurant: the buffet restaurant was always well stocked with plenty of options at every meal. Breakfast was a little samey as the omelette was really a huge piece. Coffee was good and served by the cup. Plenty of juice too, Sometimes it wasn’t hot but there was always bread salad and chips. Dessert was a huge display of small size cakes and treats, so you have a choice. Head Waitress were excellent, violets especially was so welcoming. She looked after us on the terrace every time, remembering our drinks order. These staff work extra hard with only one day off per week. We ate in the Greek and Japanese restaurant as one visit was included. This was a little rushed but meant you were served a meal and the main courses were HOT. Pool area: Great coffee , cocktail or mocktails at the pool bar. Obviously served in plastic cups so you can take away. Truman’s Bar : Service at this bar excellent. The limit of 2 drinks per person was only at peak times. We were disappointed that outside terrace overlooking the pool allowed smoking. This was unpleasant especially when some rude people just stood near us instead of taking a seat. Entertainment: This was a disappointment as very little on offer. The band Encore who played Rock Covers was the best for us, The DJ had no charisma and played 80’s music which didn’t suit the young audience. We are in our 60’s and love live music. Outside area: Easy walking

Not really sure where to start. If you manage to bag yourself a bargain then brilliant! However for the price we paid much of this experience left a sour taste. The food is disgusting. I have stayed in some very budget all inclusives and at that point you get what you pay. I have never complained at a hotel before however I felt it entirely necessary. I questioned the food and was told that they were sorry and as an apology we could have 1 visit to the restaurant for the all inclusive plus visitors. This food was also grim. Their social media is misleading and the hotel is boring. There’s nothing to do at all and the “entertainment” is essentially the same every night. The spa staff bombard you every time you walk through the lobby and also on the sunbeds!?!? It’s desperate and annoying. If someone wants a £200 massage I’m sure they’ll come to you! The drinks are syrup essentially but it is a nice touch that you can order on the app. I imagine if you are an all inclusive plus visitor they will give a sh*t but otherwise you won’t get anywhere complaining The hotel ought save their money from paying influencers and social media to manipulate the experience and put a tiny amount of thought into the people who have paid. Just make the food warm at least. On a final note. There is a violinist at the breakfast occasionally. They’re too loud and no one wants to sit through their cold slimy food and listen to loud intense music Do better.

Great Spa experience, Hot stone massage with Matilda was just perfectly relaxing in every way. She was extremely attentive making sure everything was right for me. The Hotel is lovely in every way , location, service, especially Vicky in the restaurant. Food was outstanding and lots of variety. A great place to come and explore and also recharge. Highly recommend x
