The Kayon Jungle Resort by Pramana

I planned a surprise wedding at this resort when I stayed there with my girlfriend for her 50th birthday. This resort is so peaceful and the customer service is top notch. I want to recognize particular staff members for making our experience the best. We had Adi, Dewa, and Krisna as our butlers and they were all so warm, kind and thoughtful. For massages we had Ari and Anu, they both were so polite and their massages were great. For the wedding planning we had Widi for me, and Rika for my girlfriend. I am a details guy so my expectations for them was high. They did not disapppoint. We were very impressed with how well they managed the ceremony planning and wedding events. Highly recommond this Resort if looking to stay in Ubud. After staying here, we both felt that people in US hospitality should come here to learn what high end customer service looks and feels like. We stayed for five nights. From start to finish our experience has been nothing but perfect. Every staff member is attentive, polite and couldn’t be more helpful. The bedrooms are large, overlooking the jungle. The restaurants are impeccable. The spa treatments were so fantastic we booked a couple! i had a head cold during my stay so was able to use the onsite clinic to get medication which was really helpful. Reception are available 24/7 and helped us with all of our excursions and bookings which includes a free shuttle into Ubud. Special mention to Sang on reception who made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. If the hotel facilities aren’t enough to bring you back, the customer service definitely will! NB: Drive to Ubud is around 30 minutes so if location is more important to you than the resort do bare this in mind as it limits options where you may eat out. Ubud has a fantastic variety of restaurants and bars but we did not eat out. The hotel attracts mainly couples in our experience though as it is very ‘instagrammable’ do expect lots of people taking photos. The infinity pool gets very busy during the day as it is open as a day club but there is a reserved area below for hotel guests.

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Febi during our stay at the Kayon Jungle Resort, and she truly made our experience even more special. She was an excellent host—always attentive, checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. What stood out most was her warm personality: always smiling, friendly, and engaging us in genuine conversations. Her thoughtfulness and care made us feel so welcomed and looked after. The service, from the security team to the warm and welcoming front office staff, the attentive restaurant personnel, and the pool staff who ensured my every need was met, was truly exceptional. Every interaction including genuine care and hospitality that made me feel special. The scenery at The Kayon is breathtaking. The food is not only delicious but also expertly prepared. My room was beautiful, perfectly designed to provide a restful retreat after a day of exploring. For Conclusion, my staycation experience at The Kayon was truly unforgettable.
