The Kuta Beach Heritage Bali - Managed by Accors

The reception staff was good and friendly especially Receptionist Razak was so polite and professional, the room was big and spacious but needs some upgrading and seems dated. The breakfast buffet was awful 7 days we had basically the same food which was cold and tasteless, the staff very polite but service standards are below average. No training for staff as such in regards to hospitality.

I requested a room away from the road because of the noise, and the staff honored my request. I'm an Accor plus platinum member, and they generously offered me a room upgrade. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. The breakfast selection was extensive, and I was especially pleased with the fresh vegetables. They grow their own vegetables in the restaurant on the fourth floor, and you can see them right there. The pool is long enough for swimming, and it's well-maintained so the water is clean. The pool is open from 6 am to 8 pm I was told the gym is open 24 hours, but I was disappointed I didn't get to use it. Behind the reception desk is a lounge with coffee and juice available 24 hours a day. This is open to all guests. While it's open 24 hours, they do change the drinks and clean the lounge early in the morning, so I recommend heading to the fourth floor for breakfast during that time. The hotel's restaurants and bars offer Accor plus discounts on all menus. The hotel is old, but well-maintained and impeccable. The staff members were all friendly and fluent in English. There were no communication problems. The only downside is that there are some rude Indian guests who are noisy and talk until the wee hours of the morning. But it's not the hotel's fault. I haven't seen a single quiet, well-mannered Indian in my life :) My reservation number was PDPSDZWL. I'll be back again :)

I had a wonderful and satisfying experience staying at Heritage Kuta Bali as an Accor Platinum Member. The service was exceptionally friendly—every staff member greeted me warmly and was always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and met all my expectations. The hotel’s location is very strategic—close to the lively areas of Kuta but still quiet enough for a good rest. As an Accor Platinum Member, I truly appreciated the recognition and the extra touches that made my stay even more special.
