Stayed here for 27 nights (I was told I’m the longest ever staying guest) 90% of the hotel is really good, Bar Service really lets the hotel down - ordered ice for my room, was told the bar was busy - no problem I went to the bar to collect …… mmmmm busy I wouldn’t call it, 4 customers eating and 4 staff (3 were sitting down) Happy hours - it’s quoted (buy 1 get 1 free). - but you can only have what they tell you, then put selected drinks only that would stop any issues - I told the F&B manager this he said he’d change the sign - 4 days later nothing has changed Hotel really needs a lot of maintenance to keep to the standard as advertised You saw the General Manager most mornings checking the breakfast, but didn’t see him again all day - as the longest staying guest ever - you would have thought the GM would make contact …… but he never Food & Beverage prices are expensive for Bali, the sister site next door sell drink and food cheaper Nearly everywhere in Bali charges Govt Tax and Service charge normally about 12-15% but for some reason this hotel charge 21% this is added to every price regardless what you have Had a few issues during the stay 1 family placed either side of my room, running between rooms, Shouting and screaming - but Ari sorted it out Housekeeping staff Auga and Jaya cleaned my room and you couldn’t fault them at all The area that really made my stay great was the Breakfast Staff, Each and everyone of them deserve something (I did tip them on my last day) to 2 chefs that cooked the eggs each morning - OUTSTANDING Would I return ……. The jury is out at the moment
