Great rooms,pool and location ! Ideal condo for us with kitchen area to prepare some food if we didn't want to go out to a restaurant. Lovely pool with a swim lengths only for the more serious swimmer. Jacuzzi jets and seating, also a Kids pool. Restaurant on site and staff come around the pool with drinks, snack menu Lovely staff who keep everywhere very clean! A great 2 week stay!!!

I booked a deluxe room and I was pleasantly surprised with how large the room was. In fact it felt more like an apartment. In addition to the kitchen / living room area there was also a walk-in wardrobe / dressing room with lots of wardrobes and storage. The small Kitchen area had a hot plate with 2 cooking rings and a few pots and pans for basic cooking. There’s also a large Fridge freezer, Toaster, microwave and kettle. The Smart TV has Netflix so you can always find something to watch. The aircon in both the bedroom and main sitting room was very quiet but strong too. The pool area was always quiet with never more than 3 or 4 people, and usefully was segregated into 2 areas with a 20 metre section for swimming lengths. There’s a small gym too with some cardio and resistance machines and light dumbbells. As for the location, it’s great. On stepping out of reception everything is on your doorstep including restaurants, bars, laundry services, massage and seven eleven. There’s also a large supermarket “Mother Mache” less than 5 mins walk and 10 minutes walk to the beach. However, despite being in the middle of everything it was very quiet in my room with no street noise and I slept well. The reception staff were very helpful too. One day the tap in the bathroom had a slight leak and within 20 mins of reporting it the maintenance man had it fixed. Daily housekeeping was also a bonus. In summary, the combination of space, facilities and location is an absolute bargain for the room rate. I highly recommend.

I spent 5 weeks in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. Great location, great pool area and over all a very nice place to stay at when in Ao Nang! There’s plenty of restaurants around and it’s about 10 min walk to the beach. I’d absolutely recommend it.
