Best holiday ever!

Just returned from this most AMAZING luxury beach-side resort, where I've had my best EVER overseas holiday. During my 10 night stay I experienced nothing less than 5 star customer service from all very attentive staff from front-desk reception, beauty spa/massage, house-keeping, all food and beverage staff and also managers greeting me with a smile. All my meals were definitely of 5 star top restaurant quality, and the bar staff were very efficient serving guests with delicious cocktails and many other stocked drinks. Always served with a friendly smile each time! The gym was also well-equipped and always spotless each time I used it. The large pool area was cleaned daily as well. I could not recommend this stunning resort any higher, and I look forward to returning back hopefully next year. My friends are very interested, after I raved about this beautiful relaxing resort. It was very hard to leave here!

Beautiful Lamai 😍

Had seven nights in a terrace suite king room and absolutely loved it! A beautiful resort! Our room was upstairs looking over the terracotta roofs of the other buildings, out to the ocean beyond. A mint out door area to relax in! Couldn't have asked for much more. The main pool was excellent and very chilled. Never busy as alot of the other rooms in this resort have private pools of some kind. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant served great food. The resort is on the beach front in a beautiful setting. Staff were awesome! So helpful and friendly.

Best customer service EVER!!!

A few things 1. There is no beach for swimming, you can hire a scooter and drive to Lamai or walk 30 mins along the beach. So if you’re picturing a beach holiday, this isn’t for you. 2. room spacious and clean, a little bit dated and outside bathroom but ok. 3. Aircon was broken for a few days, I did advise and was told that because of the heat that they don’t work so well, when we couldn’t handle the heat, I complained again and the problem was swiftly sorted, which should have been done the first time. 4. Gardens well kept, decking around pool old and could do with some repair. 5. We travelled with luxury escapes using half board. LE need to negotiate better with supplier to ensure ample offering as it was restricted. 6. Last but not least, all of the staff in the hospitality area around restaurant and pool were the best we’ve ever had. They are world class and look after you like your family. They made our experience awesome!! We wouldn’t go back only because of the location but had a wonderful holiday here.

This resort is designed for a beautiful relaxing holiday .the pool access room was perfect . Hotel staff were exceptional ,Dee,Game Mint ,Pui and Biggy just to name a few gave their all in looking after the guests . Manager Kwan made his way round to ensure all guests felt special and enjoyed their stay . Food was lovely and plentiful for big appetites . Luxury escapes packages were good value for money. Would definitely recommend a week or more at this lovely location. Thank you . Kim and Muzza .

I have travelled around in Thailand been in many hotels and places but The Lamai tops it all. If you all have seen the white lotus well this is the closest you gamma be in the movie yourself. i loved litterly everything. Hygiene, staff, beach everything is excellent. Quan the F&B manager and all the staff especially Keng is worth it to visit. If someone writes a bad review than they should be ashamed. Because this is a little hidden paradise but after this review probably not so hidden any more ♥️❤️
