Amazing Land of Legends

Our family of four, 2 children and 2 adults, had a fantastic time at Land of Legends. We stayed over the last week of April and would recommend the hotel, we will be coming back in the future. The staff from the cleaners to waiters were brilliant and everyone works very hard to look after their guests. Our cleaner Zamaal was excellent and kept the room very clean. We had a basic deluxe room which had a king-size, 2 sofa beds and tavel cot. The sofa beds were very big and would easily sleep someone up to 6ft. They had entertainment up until 11pm with amazing shows in the shopping avenue, which sometimes became a bit noisy and difficult for our toddler to sleep. All inclusive: includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. In the ground floor kids reception area the also provide ice creams, milkshakes and tea which is included in the package. Theme Park: water slides nickelodeon rides and other rides are all included and accessed via a wrist band. A lot of the rides were for older kids, I'd say maybe 9 or 10 yeats plus as our kids were very young and the nickelodeon rides and Masha Land were most suitable for them. Kids toys in the theme park and the shopping avenue are very expensive though. We took a taxi to Belek Town Centre for 600 Turkish Liras (approximately £10) for shopping as its a cheaper if you're open to travelling outside of the hotel. It's only a 10-15 min car ride.

Unproffessional Reservation Team

I reserved a deluxe room at this hotel using the official legendary app in december 2025 and my trip is in May 2026, at the time of reservation i entered 2 adults and 2 children ( 8 and 4 years ) and the search results showed me only deluxe connecting rooms which is for larger family and the standard deluxe room did not appear although it was fit for my family and this may be happened due to fault in their reservation system which i am not responsible for, so i changed my search to 2 adults and 1 child and the deluxe room reappear in the search results normally and i completed the resevation and the payment is on arrival. I asked the Land of legend Alfrix AI Assisstant if i can bring a second child free of charge at the day of arrival and it told me that i can. Now one of the reservation staff ( I dont want to mention his name ) told me that i cannot bring a second child even after tolding him the whole story. So my question is what is the point of their AI Assisstat if i ask it something and it answers me differently than the other employees. I would like to mention that i have visited the Nickelodeon hotel mounths ago and their reservation team was fantastic and now i am force to cancel my trip to the Kingdom Hotel and look for anther place. Such a shame these unproffesional employees exist in such place.

Absolutely fantastic amazing holiday

If I could give more than 5 stars for this hotel I would. We stayed for 5 nights. I don't know where to start but I have absolute 0 complaints!! Staff was so kind, so respectful, so attentive, and so caring. Words just are not enough to how special they made my stay. I would like to give a big shout out to NAZLI who works at the guest relations desk. What a absolute diamond she is! My daughter is autistic and non verbal. Usually I travel around the world and there is not much awareness in some countries for autism but this lady made me feel so comfortable. The understanding and care she had towards my daughter just thank you so much! Thank you for having knowledge and awarness on Autism. I can't express how warm you made me feel NAZLI. And thank you for dealing with my daughters special dietary requirements. They did everything possible to make sure my daughters special dietary requirements were met. There is just so much to do in this hotel for children it is actually just perfect for children and families. I will definitely be visiting again and my daughter loved everything about this place. Thanks for making it a amazing holiday ❤️

Great place for the family. We have a 5 year old and this was our 2nd time staying there. Staff are great and facilities are first class. Oghuzan looked after us on both occasions. The use of Rixos premium is great. Will highly recommend.
