A jem in Lovina Beach Bali. Wonderful staff and loverly surroundings.

As a couple we stayed at the Resort for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The resort is about a 3 hour trip from the airport but very interesting especially when you go through the mountains. We loved the location, quiet, surrounded by rice fields, next to the beach and not far from the local attractions. We stayed in a pool villa which we recommend as it was private and lovely to have a dip when ever you want and there are lovely views to the rice fields and mountains from the lounge window. The bed was comfortable and the room has all you want in a fridge, air-conditioning and a lovely shower. Drinking water is available at the numerous water stations. The Resort gardens are kept well and there are always different birds around and also squirrels. The surroundings are complemented with two excellent restaurants serving a range of tasty food. The breakfasts are excellent. The beach front restaurant is a great place to relax, see the sunset and listen to the entertaining bands. Finally, the staff at the resort are all extremely friendly and helpful. The staff really make a difference and you will get to know them by name. The resort will help you out with any local tours at a reasonable price. Overall excellent and would certainly come back for a holiday.

Mixed Start, But Amazing Service Recovery and Thoughtful Hospitality.

At first, I had a disappointing experience with the Dolphin Trip booked directly through The Lovina Hotel. Unfortunately, there was no clear explanation of what was included or excluded. However, I really appreciate how the hotel handled the situation. I spoke to Arta from Guest Experience, who was very helpful and arranged a meeting with the Front Office Manager, Sandra. Sandra was amazing—professional, kind, and genuinely cared. She listened, apologized, explained the situation, and made sure the issue was resolved. Thanks to her and Arta, my overall experience was turned around in the best way. Also, a big thank you to the team for organizing a lovely birthday surprise for my brother-in-law when we arrived—it was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel special. Despite the rocky start, the excellent service recovery and warm hospitality really stood out. Thank you, The Lovina Hotel, for making things right and showing genuine care for your guests.

We had a 3D2N stay at The Lovina as we were there for the dolphin tour. The room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful mountain view. One thing to note: don’t open the balcony door at night, as mosquitoes can fly in. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort also provides a free buggy service for pick-up and drop-off, which makes it easy to get around nearby places. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you’ve booked a dolphin tour, as the meeting point is just outside the Sunset Bar and directly accessible from the hotel.

The Lovina - a great find

The Lovina was well located right on the beach, with a fabulous pool and Sunset bar and restaurant that went out onto the sand. We listened to live music every night whilst watching the most magnificent sunsets. The resort and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. We will be back..

Excellent stay

Very calming hotel experience. All staff smiling and attentive. Nice setting on the beach after a drive through rice fields . Watching sunset over beach is a holiday highlight . Wish we could have stayed longer . The room we had consisted of a bedroom with separate seating area . Very comfortable and excellent shower
