Not suitable for children and no refund for lack of info

The facilities are nice but not appropriate for young children. It is actually two separate 1 bedroom villas that share a kitchen and a pool. The children are on another level and to get to their parents they have to walk outside. The manager refused to refund the nights we did not stay so I had to pay double accommodation for 4 nights. I understand it’s non refundable. However the information provided was not correct and we should have been advised that the children’s room was not connected.

Beautiful Villas, with a big pool, very clean and fantastic service from the beginning. 4km to the beach, they arrange you any service of transport that you can need, so the service is 5 stars from far.

Best place for family & friends

I stayed in the miracle villa for 5 nights with my family and friends. Both 2 & 3 bedrooms villa are big and clean with private swimming. The master room in 3 bedroom villa is big enough to stay a couple with 2 kids with the extra bed. Every morning you can order delicious breakfast to enjoy in the room. I would recommend to all people about this place in Nusa Dua of Bali, definitely will come back on the next visit.

Very neat & clean

We stayed in a 2 BHK for 3 days. Place is close quite close to Ulluwatu temple. Hotel staff is very friendly & helped us in arranging for good driver to track around the area. Villa is very spacious & neat & tidy. Private pool is also well maintained. There is no kitchenette or bbq are in the villas. But they have a restaurant where the breakfast was quite good. Special thanks to Ayu for being very hospitable in meeting our every request. At the front desk Ngurah was very friendly and made sure every request or query was met with a smile
