Official Description

In an elevated position on the north coast, behind the fishing village of Newcastle, the hotel has, some say, the most spectacular views from Nevis across the Caribbean towards St. Kitts. An intimate and elegant family run resort that is part of the Preferred Hotels and Resort consortium. Accommodation is in low rise two-story pavilion style buildings that are scattered in the grounds of the former lime plantation of the Round Hill Estate.

My first time visiting Nevis Island and Mount Nevis Hotel and it was an absolute amazing vacation. Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, monkeys! Beautiful property that’s clean and quiet with amazing views. A short drive to all the local fun spots ( car rental was super easy) Stacy and Christina were so lovely and helpful as were all the staff from front desk, cleaning crews and the bar/restaurant. Food was also very good! Beet salad was perfect as was the Eggs Benedict! Will absolutely be visiting again.

The Mount Nevis Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms with a view are stunning and the people are what make this place exceptional. Derecka at the front desk made all of our transfer arrangements and a car rental that made vacation so much easier. Erica at the hotel bar/restaurant is so amazing and personable. She makes a great Rum Punch! The restaurant has delicious food—ate breakfast and dinner, both were top notch. Do not hesitate to book here, you will be so happy! The owner, Noreen, was also so incredibly kind to bring a backpack I forgot at the hotel to the airport upon leaving because she was also flying out the same day. That’s the type of place Mount Nevis is…you’re with friends. Thank you so much to everyone for a great time away from the snow of the east coast.

A lovely holiday with good accommodations and service and spectacular view

As I sit on my balcony overlooking the most magnificent scenery, I’m enjoying every minute of my stay at Mount Nevis Hotel. It’s a relaxing, lovely, comfortable hotel. We have a large room with living and sleeping areas, plus a full kitchen. We like to have breakfast on our patio, so the kitchen is a bonus. The on site restaurant serves a variety of breakfast choices which we will take advantage of at some point during our stay. This is a hotel where you can totally relax, either on your balcony or at the lovely pool area. This is our first time on Nevis, but we’re already talking about returning, mainly because of the glorious stay at Mount Nevis Hotel.

Amazing

The whole experience was just like the hotel. Relaxed, elegant and inviting. I thought the food was spectacular as well as the service. Something seems to set it all apart here. Perhaps it’s the new pizza oven from Italy, or the true effort to deliver a good meal (which happened at every meal). Food was one of the highlights and always calm not far from the pool. Service was always friendly and fast. Highly recommend.
