The Mulia

We absolutely loved our stay at The Mulia. What a magnificent resort ! We were treated like VIPs throughout the entire stay. The entire property is pristine with extremely high quality furnishings and absolutely beautiful garden's. All the staff are warm, friendly, genuine and professional. We stayed in The Mulia suites and loved our huge suite and jacuzzi on the balcony. Having breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was fantastic, we so enjoyed being looked after by Rex-a and his staff - after the first day they knew our preferences and made sure we were never left waiting for anything and the view across the Oasis pool and beyond to the ocean is breathtaking. The smoked marlin was a standout for us - we had some each afternoon tea time.We had many wonderful meals at the various outlets and also enjoyed a couple of breakfasts at The Living Room and had a lovely dinner there on our last night when we were personally looked after by Toni the manager. Thank you Toni for looking after us, it was so nice to chat with you. There are too many staff names to mention, but a huge thank you for all of you that we met. Our butler Robert was always looking after us and checking to see if there was anything else we needed. We missed Robert on our departure, as he was not on his shift that morning. A big thank you Robert for everything and we are looking forward to coming back and being pampered again.

The room condition, facilities, restaurant, and service were all perfect. In particular, the staff were very kind and checked thoroughly to see if there were any difficulties. I had the best time in Bali at Mulia. I would like to express my special thanks to Agus who took good care of us.

The Mulia was amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive with every staff member being friendly. The amenities are also very good with view of beach and the swimming pool. 10/10 and thank you for such a great experience and we will definitely be back next year

Exceptional views, food and facilities. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They would anticipate your needs before you did and remember your room number after hearing it once. Best resort we have ever stayed at!

Amazing resort! grand and with amazing gardens. However, the real delight were the staff members (polite, friendly, interested, chatty, smiley, professional) all around - a great location made better by the employees. Suggestion - maybe a Mexican and/or Pizza section in The Cafe restaurant would've given more variety for western food and for kids meals. Also, the bedrooms could've done with having a small speaker for music and the cosmetics could've been from a better brand - minor details obviously, but overall amazing!
