Bad experience

Nothing was good. Food quality, spry, taste everything was bad. Behaviour of staff..condition of room..Ac was not working in this humid weather. They had 1 answer for everything NO..when i asked Sénior official ..they were not available to talk .. I would suggest that anyone can get better hotel at the same price

We had a wonderful stay at The Ocean Colombo Hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable right away. We truly appreciated the early check-in, which was a great convenience after our travels. The view from the room was simply breathtaking a perfect touch to our stay. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would definitely love to stay here again…

Stayed only one night at the Ocean Colombo on a business trip with my family, We were warmly welcomed by Mr Khan at the front desk in a very professional way and he gave us a very good impression about the entire hotel. we stayed at the room # 703, amazing sea view ....it was very comfortable & clean. all the staff members at the front desk ,restaurant, even the security officer are very kind, caring and helpful, we will highly recommend your great hospitality.....hope to back soon.

Avoid this place!

If you want accommodation opposite the ocean and next door to the railway line, this is it! Whilst we knew we were going to 3 star accommodation, we did not expect the place to be dirty and smelly. Nothing about the room was appealing - film on window peeling off, ceiling panelling stuck up with duct tape. Restaurant was average. Went down for breakfast and could hardly see the end of the dining room for the smoke coming from the kitchen
