⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star Review Yesterday I had my birthday party at this hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and supportive. Everything was organized so well and they made our celebration truly special. A special thank you to Manager Dammika. He was so nice, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire event. He made sure everything we requested was arranged perfectly. He even stayed with us until our party finished and supported our decoration team as well. His dedication and kindness really meant a lot to us. The food was the highlight of the night. Honestly, I expected it to be good, but it was even better than we imagined. Every guest loved the food and many of them kept talking about how delicious it was. Huge thanks to the chef for the superb food! This place is also great value for money, and the rooftop space is perfect for parties and celebrations. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely come back again even just for the food! Thank you for making my birthday so memorable.

The first experience as soon as we checked in was terrible and pathetic regarding the dinner ordering which nearly took more than a hour to be sent to our room and we had to remind then 2-3 times and on that they said we can also order thru Ubereats. Secondly the food served was not fresh and appeared to be leftover from dinner. Even the breakfast was not fresh as fruits were soiled and towels were also not clean. Except the location and sea front view everything else was bad. Book this hotel at your RISK.

My husband and I spent 10 days at The Ocean on Bed and Breakfast basis and it was a very pleasurable experience . It is close to all the amenities and all modes of transport be it train bus or tuk tuk. The room was spacious and clean with amazing views of the ocean.The staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Meals were varied and tasty and catered to all tastes. It was value for money and will definitely stay there on our next visit to Sri Lanka. Drs Ranjit and Praxy de Saram

Excellent stay at The Ocean Colombo Hotel. The service exceeded my expectations, with friendly and attentive staff throughout. Great location, comfortable rooms, and lovely ocean views. Highly recommended!

Restaurant staff (senior gentleman) was very kind and hospitable. Limited food options but good taste, especially Karrkkan.
