The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa

The rooms are amazing, private pool, spacious and with very peaceful atmosphere. The true gift is with the staff who are so helpful and friendly. The admin team, Juli, Tiuui, Supra and Adi made our stay spectacular. The restaurant team were amazing, room service, housekeeping and last but not least, the lovely ladies at the Spa, Mariami and Pewati. Thank you everybody.

I stayed with my partner for 5 nights. From the beginning, the staff were very warm and welcoming, including the lobby, restaurant, cleaners, gardeners and grounds keepers. Breakfast was included in our stay and was a buffet breakfast, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. We tried lunch and dinner here during our stay, the portions are on the smaller side however you will found that everywhere in Bali as they are not big eaters. We are bigger eaters so we purchased 2 meals each or would share an extra between us. Meals were delicious though and flavourful. The air conditioning in our room started to leak on the second day however the staff were very quick to fix it for us within the hour whilst we were out. They provide a free shuttle for guests at designated drop off and pick up time’s throughout the day, which was very handy and would take you to the town centre. The TV had minimal english channels and not the best reception, however we didn’t mind as our days were filled with activities and were tired by the evening. Staff were happy to strike up conversation and did their very best to speak English and if they could not understand would find someone who could. Payogan villa resort was amazing our waiter was very polite his name was Alex would highly recommend. All staff were very kind, welcoming and accommodating. If there were any issues they were happy to help and fix as soon as possible. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner this place is a must visit.

Worst experience of a 5 star place ever. Terrible food. Not good lighting first of all at night walking to the restaurant and all which is dangerous as you can’t even see infront of you. Small portions of food and terrible flavour. We tried all the vegetarian food and they. Can’t even make a pizza Most the staff also didn’t understand and couldn’t communicate especially the ones in the restaurant. Our villa was so far down we had to walk so many stairs so would suggest checking first. Terrible tv on cable channels you would expect such a big place to have tv options of Netflix atleast and remote has it but doesn’t work. If you get a breakfast box if your leaving for travelling early don’t expect to get more all we got was a couple pieces of bread and 1 fruit. The safe in the room also didn’t work and ripped towels just nothing you would expect of a 5 star villa. Don’t fall the photos you can definitly stay at a cheaper place with much better services and quality. Would never come back here.
