might have been nice once.

stayed here as a 8 hour transfer day. i initially thought it was closed. not a car. not a sole, excluding 1x reception close to airport, but no longer a tourist area, prob a 2km walk to get to kuta shopping strip. all those photos are 10 years old. and wouldn’t consider hoping into the pool. paint peeling. no hot water. no toilet paper. stained towels. etc etc. i’m no princes petal, and enjoy backpacking through Nepal. but would much rather stay in a good tea house. then return to the radiant spa.

A handy night stop, close to the airport.

We stay here regularly - either arriving late or departing early at the airport. It’s a great budget night stop. The hotel is getting a bit tired and the linens need to be updated, but the swimming pools remain very well maintained. Staff are also helpful. Thank you. However, airport transfers need to be on time and reliable - our only criticism.

I'm a regular visitor to the Radiant. It is a middle of the road hotel very close to the airport and has very comfortable accommodation and a couple of well maintained swimming pools, as well as decent food when required. Book your airport minibus transfer in advance and phone the hotel on arrival in the baggage hall, so that your driver gets there before you come out of the terminal.

I suspect this hotel was once first class, but clearly needs attention now. We had a 10hr stopover in Bali and needed a room near the airport (for rest/sleep) before catching our next flight back to Australia. The airport pickup was provided by the hotel - all good - but they forgot about us for the evening booking. The Grab driver was much cheaper anyway. Our room/bed was clean & comfortable, however... the electrical plugs didn't work (couldn't boil the jug), the bathmat was grubby, the tea/coffee sachets were out of date, and no spare toilet roll. There was nothing in our room about the hotel or the surrounding area - we had to Google everything. The pool was clean & refreshing. The restaraunt was shut for renovations (but not stated on the website). Air-con was great. Staff were friendly & helpful. We walked for 15mins to Kuta Beach... most unimpressive (our beaches in Oz are 100x better!). Had lunch at the lovely Sands restaraunt attached to Anvya Beach Resort.

Our Hotel also near of Jerman Beach, Cinema, and 15 - minutes drive to Kuta Beach. We have delightful staff and full time receptionist, 24 hours security and room service. We also provide free 24 hours airport shuttle (based on request with flight details) and free drop to centro (based on schedule).
