WE LOVE IT HERE!!!! Me and my friends came for a girls trip and had the best time. Perfect location too, 20 min flat, easy walk to 5th ave on a nice road in residential area. Everyday was so fun because of all the staff. Manuel, Leo, Carlos, Maria, Patti, isi, Uziel, and the rest are so awesome. So outgoing and always going out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your time. Great atmosphere with music and entertainment all the time. Resort is super beautiful and easy to make your way around as well. Room was great! Clean, comfy beds, and AC works so well. Housekeeping staff are so on it and sweet. Food was great, buffet always fresh, have no complaints on any of it. Filtered water machines all over the resort at well which was so helpful. Drank machine/bar/restaurant water the whole time and had no issues. Totally worth every penny. Felt so safe the whole time as well. Will definitely be coming back to this resort. So pleased.

Okay so first off shout out to sexy Leo. Absolute icon. He has so much enthusiasm to everything he does. From the crazy games, talking to us, playing games like bochi and the list goes on he’s absolutely amazing at his job and I have to say has stellar English. Overall he is the life of the party to this resort. Next a shout out to the amazing manuel. His water aerobics has a stellar playlist and he brings so much joy to everything he does. Just like Leo he brings so much enthusiasm to what he does, has stellar English and French absolutely fabulous overall, these two together are a dynamic duo and deserve a 100% raise. Patti and Carlos of course too, did not spend as much time with them but they were just as enthusiastic, amazing at there jobs and being smiles to peoples faces. Maria and Daniel as well, they just started there first days when we arrived but I couldn’t tell they were new. They fit into the place so well and have an amazing future ahead because they were absolutely iconic. Lastly uziel the bartender. Making stellar drinks all day long. He would remember our drinks and make sure they were ready for us. From making stellar drinks to teaching us Spanish this guy is absolutely amazing. Overall the staff at this place deserve the best recognition ever because they are fabulous at there jobs and the resort should appreciate how fabulous they are because they bring the life to the reef and made the experience so spectacular. I would come back just to experience hanging out with all of them. 10/10 they are the best!! ps u most go to all the evening/day events because they are AWESOME.

I came here with my three best friends, and we had the BEST TIME!! I give the resort a 10/10. If I come back to playa del carmen again I will be choosing the reef again Thank you Leo for being fun and silly with us every day, and telling us how to say party (peda). I loved playing bocce with you, showing off our push up skills, and laughing together every day. I wish I could spend more time with you, te amo!!!! Thank you Manuel for your bright spirit. I will forever remember aqua gym for 20 more minutes! Uziel thank you for remembering our favourite drinks every day. Best bartender ever. Paty and Carlos you two are so sweet and so good at what you do! Maria and Daniel, you have bright futures ahead. You guys rock!! To our wait staff and room cleaners, thank you. All such amazing people. The staff here seriously made our time spent in playa del carmen so fun and memorable, their energy is amazing!
