The therapist NOK is too friendly and very good at massaging. If I travel to Samui again, I would like to visit Ritz-Carlton again and use the spa The sparkling wine and shrimp chips I had after the spa were perfect I wanted to let you know how friendly the employees were, but it was a shame that I didn't have Thai money. If I have time, I will add a spa and experience it

We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the resort’s most beautiful rooms. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making our anniversary celebration with Ritz Carlton truly special. Sunny, in particular, was an excellent host, ensuring that we had a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Sun filled days in Koh Samui

We are a family of 4 with 2 young adult kids , had an amazing time at the Ritz Koh Samui. The resort is beautiful with amazing food with many restaurant options on the property. The pool faces the beach and the beach is a private space , secluded and perfect. The spa service was excellent for all 4 of us and the staff at Pakphon , particularly Arifah were really attentive and cheerful.
