The social activities staff at Royal Cancun are excellent. Paola is friendly and always makes everyone feel welcomed. Rodrigo is energetic and keeps activities fun. Alex is organized and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Guests enjoy their positive attitude and attention to detail. They easily connect with visitors of all ages. The team does a great job of mixing games, music, and events. They stay busy and keep the atmosphere lively. Overall, Paola, Rodrigo, and Alex make the resort's social scene enjoyable. Their dedication shines through in the way they handle activities.

It is a very friendly and great hotel. It is very calm and family oriented so if you are looking for badass parties, you would be disappointed. The style of the hotel is so beautiful and cozy and family friendly. They have another sister hotel called Royal Sands which is more vibrant with wavy ocean and eternal views.

Each year my family & I look forward to May & our annual trip to the the Royal Cancun! From check in to check out all the staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. Alfredo, our concierge, works hard to ensure all our needs are met from morning to night. Many thanks to Carmen who does an amazing job in our suite daily. And an extra special thank you to Alex, the activities specialist, who I consider my best friend for 2 weeks each year. Alex is tireless- taking us on kayak adventures in the Mangrove forests, bike tours around Cancun, fun activities including beach or water volleyball, and great conversations throughout! The beach, pools, and grounds are kept pristine and beautiful. The food & restaurants are amazing- I miss the beachfront dining of La Palapa already. Can't wait to feel the Cancun sunshine and see all my friends at The Royal Cancun again!!
