We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The setting is lovely and the staff is friendly. However, they’re not quite the 5 star experience I think they’re shooting for. Pros include a nice spa and lovely setting. The breakfast buffet was nice - almost overwhelming. The cons - lots and lots and lots of steps! One day we walked to the organic restaurant for lunch - signage was weak, and there were so many sets of stairs - so avoid this place if stairs are not good for you. Also, unlike many 5 star places, they don’t have an app that you can use to communicate with the staff. Any time we needed something we had to call the front desk - and the front desk team did not speak english well. We ended up with many miscommunications as a result . there was not a separate bar area, and the restaurant food for dinner was ok at best
