Still a good holiday we come here every year. The beach, the sand and the sun are great. Local restaurants fabulous. Not as clean as it used to be. Also since it became part of a large chain, definitely not as friendly or customer service oriented. So enjoyable but slipping a bit when it comes to cleanliness and food. Service is still wonderful. Poole aqua Fitness with Rodrigue, Sophia excellent. Service at the pool excellent.

Best family vacation & loved the kids club

My family and I have been coming to the royal sands for over 20 years and we absolutely love it! It’s conveniently located in the hotel zone, not too far from the airport. We do the all inclusive for drinks, breakfast and lunch but still go out in Cancun to enjoy the amazing restaurants. The resort staff is so friendly and keep the resort impressively clean! This year we tried the kids club for our 7 & 5 year old. We were hesitant at first, being in a different country and strangers watching our kids. Monse, Angie and Yarerh made us and our children very comfortable and welcomed. After the first day our kids would wake up in the morning and beg to go back. They had hourly activities, that the kids loved. We would go check on the children hourly but the women also kept open communication through texts which was very helpful. It was nice to be able to enjoy some adult time but still enjoy family time. This was one of my favorite family vacations. I’d highly recommend the Royal sands and their kids club!

Beach is perfect! Some of the food is just acceptable and should not be charged extra when having the all inclusive package.

From the fabulous concierge Aurora who helped book any trips or spa appointments to the end receptionist Eduardo who printed our boarding passes, the whole staff were exceptional and made our stay wonderful. The pools, the beach and the food were first class. Cant recommend this place enough.
