Official Description

This modern villa complex lies on 2.5 hectares of lush tropical gardens that slope gently down to a sparkling white sand beach. Featuring traditional Balinese architecture, the units have separate living and dining areas, each is fitted with a flat-screen TV, iPod dock and a daybed that overlooks the pool. For a little me time guests can request an in room massage or visit the spa centre for a full program of treatments. They can also relax on the sundeck, in the spa pool or go to the sandy beach and enjoy the plethora of opportunities for water sports that it offers. The onsite restaurant serves a large variety of Japanese, Thai and Western dishes and treats its guests to soothing views over the sea, the perfect place where to enjoy the sunsets with a chilled drink in hand a good company by the side.

A slice of paradise in Nusa Dua

Our stay at the The Royal Santrian, Bali was truly special . When you first arrive , you are welcomed by the gracious hostess who greets you with Om Swathiastu which means - may you be blessed and protected, may peace be with you . They then make the welcome drink with you and you are shown to your room . There are 20 villas with private pools on the property so at any time there can only be 40 guests , which gives you the sense of luxury and exclusivity straight away . Standing at the reception foyer- you can see and hear the ocean and the waves. There is also an infinity common pool at the enter of the property . The rooms are spacious but have a quaint , homely feel to them . There is an all day restaurant which has a decent vegetarian selection as well . But a moonlight dinner beside the beach was absolutely amazing . The staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The treatments at the spa were superb and you feel so relaxed after you have had them . And we were offered a complimentary 2 hours spa treatment as well , which was the icing on the cake ! Thank you ! They have a chauffeur driven car that can take you to local places close by for a meal , drop you off and pick you up if u arrange that with the front desk. All in all, we enjoyed every bit of our stay . Thank you for making our silver wedding anniversary special . The Royal Santrian- truly makes you feel like royalty !

Great service and gluten free experience

The whole team, without exception, at The Royal Santrian Nusa Dua provided a warm, attentive and professional service - Front of House, Security, Housekeeping, the Drivers, the Restaurant staff and the Chefs. Also a special thanks to the Trainees at the Restaurant who were excellent. From the point of arrival the team let us know that they were aware of my husband's Gluten Free dietary needs (and that he can't eat whole chickpeas) and the excellent restaurant team reassured him at each meal that this was on record and discussed ingredients with him to make sure that his meals were safe to eat. The Chefs tailored dishes and Afternoon Tea to his needs and also made him fluffy gluten free pancakes on our last day which he loved. The quality of accommodation was extremely high and this was a perfect Balinese retreat.

A Truly Luxurious and Peaceful Getaway

We spent a wonderful week at The Royal Santrian, staying in one of their beachfront villas — and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa was absolutely beautiful: extremely spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly maintained. We especially loved the large private terrace with a generous pool (the water temperature was just right) and a cozy covered area with a fridge — perfect for relaxing in privacy. The atmosphere was calm and serene, offering a sense of peace that’s hard to find in the busier beachfront resorts nearby. The food was consistently delicious. We appreciated that the breakfast and dinner menus changed slightly from time to time, which kept each meal fresh and enjoyable. The service was flawless — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The staff were all incredibly friendly and respectful, always greeting us with smiles. I would especially like to highlight SUARDI, the manager. He performs his role with excellence — always communicative, courteous, and attentive. He responded promptly to all of our requests. What impressed us the most was how he took the time to personally engage in conversations with us, asking for feedback and showing genuine interest in our impressions. It is clear that he truly cares about the resort and is deeply committed to its continuous improvement and to ensuring that guests receive high-quality service. If you’re looking for a more intimate, luxurious escape in Bali, The Royal Santrian is a perfect choice.

Seaside haven in Bali

Our stay at The Royal Santrian in Nusa Dua was truly unforgettable. This hotel is absolutely stunning — from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was beyond exceptional. I’ve never experienced such kindness, constant smiles, and genuine attentiveness in a hotel. Their warmth and service truly made all the difference. We tried the bamboo massage and a facial treatment at the spa — both were incredible, deeply relaxing, and professionally done. The villas are breathtaking, with a beautiful private pool, and the breakfast service was flawless. Everything was delicious, and the restaurant meals were equally outstanding. The afternoon tea was such a thoughtful touch — we loved it! The beach is very beautiful and quiet, with the option to go for a run along the shore. They even provide yoga mats in the villa upon request, which we really appreciated. We’ve traveled a lot, and honestly, this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The manager was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to offer great advice and ensure we had a perfect experience. A true seaside haven in Bali — peaceful, elegant, and deeply memorable. We highly recommend it!

We loved how close it was to the airport – super convenient after a long flight. It’s a beautiful beachfront retreat, peaceful and relaxing. The pool villa was perfect for couples and honeymooners. Private, spacious and surrounded by nature. The romantic dinner setup on the beach was amazing – such a special experience. A great place for a romantic escape in Bali. Highly recommended 👌
