Beautiful hotel with resort style and direct beach access behind pool area. Rooms are plush and service is top notch. Convenient location to stores, supermarket, and more. Only 15 minutes from airport. Great staff all around, but I especially want to highlight Dixy Rodriguez. She is front desk and is amazing at her job. She is royally fitted for this hotel and I hope she is recognized for that. I had a stressful situation and she was so sweet and accommodating. Thank you again Dixy!

Great location. 5-minutes from airport. 15-minutes from old SanJuan. Rooms were nice, pool was nice, beach was nice. Food was expensive. Floors in hotel room appeared dirty looking.

Love this hotel! The food was decent. Pool was fabulous. Drinks were a little watered down. The hotel is in a good area for walking and a short drive from the airport.
