The Sanctoo Villas & Spa

It has been an excellent stay at Sanctoo Suites. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most cheerful staff. Our room was not ready yet so they have asked us to go to their restaurant and was greeted and given a rosella tea as refreshing drink. Then we were surprised by the afternoon tea that was given to us. They were yummy. After that it was smooth check in. Our rooms were decorated nicely and was given a surprise cake as it was our wedding anniversary. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft but firm enough to hold your head. Day 2 we went to Bali zoo as part of the package and we had a great time. We were given some vouchers for elephant feeding,tiger feeding, meerkat feeding and deer feeding. It was a great experience. The nightly cocktails were great and we were given canapes to go with it. Food at the Cassowary restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Hot food were changed everyday. Spa experience was great too. There were some activites that you can do. I and my Family are sending our biggest thanks to all staff at Sanctoo. We were greeted everyday by the ever smiling Balinese staff. Even if they were busy doing something they will stop and greet us with their cheerful smile. It makes our day great. To All the staff from the reception, the restaurant, the maintenance, housekeeping staff and the gardeners we send our biggest thank you. We are also sending our gratitude in sharing your culture with the kanang sari activity. It was very educational and a great experience to know the meaning of them and how to make them. We highly recommend Sanctoo stay and you won't regret it. I will need to save some more money so we can stay there again. till we meet again.

One of the best resorts,Location as well as service wise. Great food, nice views and awesome zoo nearby (free entry for resort guests). Fantastic experience overall!!

My girls and I had a great time in Sanctoo. We were greeted warmly by Ibu Dewi, her kindness and sincere service added sweet memories to our stay. I am so lucky to have my first Canang making experience with Ibu Dewi. It was informative, lighthearted and a joyful lesson. Ibu Dewi is a Germ to Sanctoo! Well wishes to you and Thank You Ibu Dewi!

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff were incredibly loving and friendly—always welcoming with a smile and ready to help. The location is fantastic, right next to the Bali Zoo, making it perfect for families. We appreciated the generous discounts on animal feeding passes available directly through the hotel. The massage services were relaxing and well worth it and so were the drinks/meals at the cassowary restaurant. the pool area was beautifully designed with different sections suitable for all age groups.
